This hotel far exceeded out expectations. We booked it last minute as we wanted to surprise our daughter who was also staying Cannes at another hotel. We wanted to get as close to her as possible and the location was perfect. All the staff are fantastic. We had brought over the traditional “Caterpillar Cake” for my daughter’s birthday and as there was not a fridge in the room, they stored it in the fridge at reception. They also chilled the bottle of Champagne we had bought for her. We had an early flight and therefore arrived at around 11:00. Check in wasn’t due until 15;00 but they made every effort to get our room ready, even offering us a drink while we waited. We were in our room by 11:30. Fantastic service!! The room was small but functional and perfectly clean. The bed was so comfortable. Although the room was above a cafe, which did not shut until 23:00, we were not impacted by any noise. When my daughter came back to our room on her birthday, they even supplied glasses for the champagne we had bought. We can’t comment on the breakfast as we ate out on both mornings.

Would be good to have a fridge in the room but they were more than helpful at keeping our champagne and chocolate cake cool in the fridge at reception. The lack of fridge would normally mean I would mark this down but the service provided by the staff at reception to help us outweighed this negative point.

It was amazing; very clean, perfect central location close to everything, I was on my own but imo the rooms are big enough (at least if you don't plan to stay inside the whole time), the bed was comfortable. I had no problems with noise from the street, when the windows were closed it was quiet. They are flexible as in you can leave your bags after check out, and if it's possible they might allow you to check in a little earlier. I really enjoyed my stay here and will book this cosy hotel again if I ever return to Cannes.

Nothing, it was wonderful

- Location was excellent. The Palais, shops, restaurants, the beach and the train station were just steps away. - The room was very cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was spot on and so was the soundproofing. It was perfect! - The staff deserve a 1000 out of 10. Jean Michel and the lady who took care of the housekeeping (too bad we didn’t get her name) were very kind, attentive and they just radiate a very positive vibe. It was overall perfect! Considering the price during high season. Will definitely come back!

Nothing. A lot of people are complaining about the stairs. We got a room on the 4th floor but got a really nice view in return. The steps were worth it!

We stayed 9 nights. Jean Michel and Gala managing the hotel were very kind and helpful persons. They offered us a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. They have even offered us free beach towels. Great location. Every where (Train station, beaches, shopping street, restaurants) is within 5 minutes of walk. Very clean. Good breakfast

The room was cozy and pretty spacious. Lovely French windows facing the street. The location is perfect- everything is within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to visit!

There was no elevator, which on the 4th floor can be a bit of a challenge if you want to make several trips out during the day, but what's lacking with the elevator is made up with the charm of the room.

Absolutely perfect lovely welcome and sea view from our bedroom. Gorgeous room and the location ....couldn't get better.... Recommend Mome restaurant nearby ...this has to be the best place for food and ambience I have ever been to. Music food drink ....excellent. slept like a baby quiet room and they kept our bags for us the next day while we explored cannes. Highly recommend this Hotel!! Valerie Dublin Ireland

Le Patron Jean-Michel always very friendly and welcoming as was the other staff of the Hotel. We were offered a parasol and beachtowels for free, which was great so we didn't need to buy any beach stuff. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect everything on the doorstep - shopping, beach and restaurants. We definately would return. Had a lovely stay in Cannes

The location was perfect. Helpful staff and good value for the money (considering the cost of living in Cannes).

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Location was great. This is what I expect from a hotel. Also, Jean Michelle is very friendly. Even we arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, we could easily enter it by following his instructions.

The only problem was that the noise from the other guests walking down the stairs woke us up. All talks were inside our room. But it can't stop me from booking this hotel again.

The furniture in the room could be a bit more modern, but that's a minor thing when you have such good location.
