We absolutely loved our stay here. We were upgraded to a pool/sea view, as I was Booking.com genius level, which was unexpected and really great. The room was huge, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfasts were amazing , and we had a lovely evening meal. The pool area was well attended by staff, and spotless. We had underground parking, so we felt our car was safe at all times. One of the best aspects of our stay were the staff - absolutely every single one acknowledged us as we passed in the corridors, and the level of service everywhere was as high as it could be. We would definitely love to stay here again.

bathroom especially shower much too small, and very uncomfortable. Only one person at a time can be in the bathroom. Also the toilet room is highly uncomfortable given its lack of breadth.The door to the room did close only by pulling strongly and with a loud noise. A side door of the minibar was defect. WIFI connection was poor and speed is appalling. A card in the room with all services available was missing. At breakfast, when you want to order eggs or omelettes from the eggs stand, you have to fill in a form to make an order. Very strange.

By far the best service received at a hotel. I have travelled world wide and this hotel was exceptional. The staff was always willing and ready to help. They offered to help me every step of the way. I felt very welcomed. The room was so comfortable. I had the best sleep there. I enjoyed the gym facilities and the breakfast every morning. They are top notch!

Fantastic for a luxury stay, at a luxury price. Great location on la Croisette. Very friendly poolside staff Yesam and Lionel.

Stayed last year and loved the sea view room. Booked and paid for similar room this year at a much higher rate than last year but they wanted to give us a room on first floor with NO sea view. After some elevated discussion, finally were offered a beautiful room on 5th floor with view.

The Service at Barriere Le Majestic is on a different level. Everyone is very attentive, very friendly and very willing to help. Charlotte, Alexandra and Julie from the front desk all went out of their way to help me feel more welcome and at home. The rooms are black out dark when the shutters are down and the beds are very comfortable, even though the mattress was on the softer side. All in all great prerequisites to get a good night's rest.

If you look closely there are some flaws in the rooms such as tile fittings being wrong in the bathrooms but overall nothing that would make the stay at le Majestic worse. Sometimes the lobby can get crowded and people tend to just push in front of you. WiFi is only free for a day and at a slow connection speed (up to 5mbps). I'm a firm believer that WiFi in 2022 should be like having a bed in the room, a given.

Lovely hotel. Front desk staff very nice. Would like to say a very big thank you to all the gentlemen on concierge they were excellent & helped us so much with booking trip to st Tropez & booking beautiful restaurants for us during our stay, you made our holiday for us… thank you. Also Fanny what a lovely lady, always had time to chat to us an absolute delightful lady. We used beach bar & hired sunbeds a few days, all good but very expensive for drinks etc. We were told on Wednesday & Friday we couldn’t get a drink between 5.30-7.00pm as bar closes to get ready for the evening! I thought this was very unfair as we had paid a lot of money for our sunbeds for what we were told was until 7pm but seemingly a few days a week it closes at 6pm, but they asked us to close our bill at 5.30pm! When I complained about this the bar manager on this day (Friday 15th July)was very rude to me & basically told me he didn’t make the rules!! Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was the only member of your staff that wasn’t pleasant to us & I would say he really let your team down. We then decided to leave as we couldn’t even buy a bottle of water & your bar manager was not interested in us at all & couldn’t care less about what we had to say! Very unfair to us & other guests of the hotel that have paid a lot of money to stay there. Other than that your hotel & staff were lovely & we thank you for a lovely experience.

The highlights were the attentive and helpful staff, great hotel position, good sized room with balcony looking over La Croisette, enjoyable lunch at restaurant Fouquet (which was preferred to dinner at Paradiso).

The access to swimming pool was through public area and dining room and without changing facilities. Although we had pre booked lunch at the beach restaurant and this was confirmed by the receptionist and after arriving prior to booked time we were told no table was available for an additional hour. We also waited too long for access to the bedroom.

Location excellent Room very good but its design was lacking in thought. The French obsession with separate toilets was inappropriate as combing them would allow more space for the bathroom. They should bear in mind that much of their clientele is NOT French. The decor of the room was outstanding It was quiet The views from the room are superb. As in the whole of Cannes the restaurant scene is quite disappointing. Dinner in Fouquet's was good but lunch in the beach restaurant was very disappointing. For such a hotel the internet available free was quite poor. InterContinental hotels are outstandingly better. Departure was an unnecessarily prolonged processed only remedied by the front-door porter. Desoite these points the overall feeling was good.

My hotel stay was perfect. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach and the train station was a short walk from there. The beach club was fantastic and was across the street from the hotel. I will return hopefully for a longer stay.
