The hosts are super friendly and the breakfast is delicious and quite rich in variety (especially for France). There are 2 parking spots inside the property and the gate is automatic (each room gets a remote). The hosts also speak fluently English and French which was great as well. The rooms are actually mini-apartments and there's plenty of space.

It was not spotlessly clean (there was some dust in some corners), but all the important things were definitely squeaky clean: sheets, toilets, towels etc.

amazing view to Pyrenees. (though one might really enjoy it while dining outside) very spacious room. very close to the castle of Carcassonne. breakfast is delicious and abundant.

guests are given 30 min for breakfast since the dining table cannot fit all the guests simultaneously. but since we were the last ones to eat, the hosts kindly allowed us to take our time. and with 2 little kids, one can never predict how long the meal will take. so if you need more time, take the last time slot.

Great help from the hosts in helping us with things to do and tips on routes, parking, etc. They provided us with maps of the city and good restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace with the beautiful view of the valley was exceptional. Wonderful swimming pool too! They were also friendly and we had some nice conversations!

Superb breakfast. Location was great and hosts were very friendly and accommodating. BJ was extremely kind in giving us a lift back to the airport. Lots of leaflets for things to do in and around Carcassonne. The accommodation is exactly what is shown in the photos. Lovely views from the pool.

No electric kettle in the room, but the mini fridge was appreciated I found the mattress a bit soft so not very good if you have a back problem

BJ and Iris are fabulous hosts and very informative. The breakfast was excellent and the room had every facility you need for a great, quiet and relaxing stay, with the bed being particularly comfortable. Travelling by car it was also reassuring to have secure private parking available. Highly recommended.

Everything was fantastic. Location less than 10 minutes drive to the town and the castle. Safe parking available in the house. The room was very nice and quiet, spotless and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast fresh, delicious and abundant.A great stay for us. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent comfortable accommodation, very clean, with everything you could want. BJ and Iris are very professional and run everything very efficiently. Good breakfast. Lovely pool area to relax at the end of the day.

The property was wonderful. Spectacular view from the backyard. Very spacious room. Clean and equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away. The private car park was also a plus as we drove to Carcassonne. Breakfast was just perfect. Lots of options. BJ and Iris were very nice and hospitable. They gave us lots of recommendations where to go along with maps and brochures. A+ B&B, highly recommended.
