Location in city center and wonderfully furnished with modern style . The Customer service is Outstanding ! Jeremy in front desk is exceptional in his work , he is very helpful , has knowledge about tours and activities enthusiastic and helpful ! Cassandra at the bar / restaurant is also very helpful caters to clients needs and great at her work . This hotel is ideal for long or short stay .The view from my room is so far one of the best I have seen with a huge balcony ! With a direct view on Montblanc from room / balcony its exceptional .

The Hotel didn’t have Airconditioner . Now it’s very hot in Chamonix , but cools down a bit . Jeremy suggested I put a bucket of ice in front of the fan . It did work the room became cooler after that .

- That there is no AC especially if you are visiting during summer, it might be a bit hot warm in the room, they only provide a fan.

Staff are really nice and friendly, breakfast has an excellent selection and it's delicious. The candy bar at the entrance is a good pit stop to have a sweet. Rooms are modern and the views are great. Location is great and on Saturdays there a Is a wonderful farmers market just across the street. There are fabulous local products and one can stock up on cheeses and various charcuterie.

I ordered a surprise cake for my husband's birthday that should have been delivered to our room on the day of our arrival. Unfortunately the cake only arrived the next day and was delivered to another room. Nevertheless the hotel did not charge us for it. The loo is separate to the bathroom, it's very small and the spring holding the door was very stiff making it very difficult to open. It would be great to have some decent pillows and also have clearer instructions on how to exit the hotel's parking and where the buttons to open the gates are.

Room was spotless, staff were v friendly, balcony with great view, free water facilities, environmentally friendly hotel, loads of wardrobe space. Would come back.

Same breakfast every morning, which was nice but a little boring after a week. Body lotion in the room would have been good too considering it's a 4 star hotel (these are only small things - overall a great stay)

The location is fantastic, and the rooms and amenities are great.

The breakfast room is on the 7th floor, no ventilation they are cooking on hot plates, so the room stinks of food and you will notice the second you are in, we were all dressed up for the breakfast to leave afterwards, we had to go back to the room and change as we smelled like cooking for the past three hours. I told the manager later on checkout and he wasn't impressed as if it was normal. We came only for one day, and we loved to see the bar before the night time but they have shit down the bar for a karaoke night which meant we had to go the karaoke night in the lobby with no view, so that was disappointing, they knew if the bar was open almost no one would go to the karaoke, so why do the event ?

The hotel was clean and there were lots of staff available if you had any questions. The location was perfect. View from restaurant was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and looked nice.

The superior room was a lot smaller than I was expecting, the lighting was dull and the toilet in the room is far too small and made me feel claustrophobic, with a very heavy door that slammed and was very noisy at night. The booking of the spa was stressful and quite an annoying thing to do when on a holiday. I had to send several emails to book time slots (which is inconvenient as you have to plan your day around your spa booking) then once all confirmed by email, they then continued to send individual booking slots that you have to go on the link to confirm.

We had a room with a view, as I believe most of the rooms do in this hotel. It must be one of the best views in Europe ie. A range of mountains including Mt. Blanc. Good breakfast selection and a view from the seventh floor.

Our room was also unforgettable, but not necessarily for the good. When you first enter the room, it was a long dark hallway painted in dark colours. We fumbled for the light switch which required the entrance card to be inserted before any light would work. There, printed into the carpet were footprints of people and bigfoot. Written on the wall was a writeup about bigfoot and the walls were painted in different darkish colours. At the bedroom end of the hallway was a man in black painted on the wall, so when you wake up at night, you’re sure someone is standing there- very scary. The toilet with no wash hand basin was at the different end of the hall to the bathroom, a bit unhygienic. The view including balcony made up for the bad décor.

everything you need in a fantastic location. incredibly helpful staff. the cleaning team even placed our towels and swimming wear on the towel rack to help it dry! small things like that just continued throughout the trip. They have a really great team there.

Four other guests were very quick to the Jacuzzi during the spa visit and subsequently stayed in the Jacuzzi for the full hour. might be worth suggesting a time cap on this to allow other guests to use it. I’m aware it can fit four people but one of the couples decided to give anyone a death stare if they tried to join them - bit awkward.

The hotel had everything we needed, it was well located, clean and comfortable.

We found it difficult to obtain information regarding accessing the local ski areas. There weren’t any piste maps available and the staff weren’t very helpful when it came to advising us on the buses, where the stops are and so on. It would be hugely beneficial if the hotel displayed this information somewhere. When we checked-in the staff seemed in a rush and didn’t take the time to explain everything to us as it was busy and yet not all the check-in kiosks were staffed so that would of helped.
