Location is great - right in the centre and close to all amenities you'd need - bus stops, shops, chair lifts, supermarket etc... perfect - no issues with noise at night either. Kitchen facilities were great and the terrace out front to sit out on a morning/evening was great. Bed was v comfy. Storage was ample.

kitchen tap was faulty on arrival, so had to report to reception who did fix within 48 hours. Also had to tell them there as a lack of utensils we'd need to be able to use any of the self catering facilities to cook meals. All resolved quickly so no queries at all here - thank you :). studio had no air con and so was stifling on an evening / trying to sleep etc. Only windows were at the front, so the rooms at the back got no air circulation at all. The supplied mobile air con unit didn't really touch the sides.

The double bed was two singles combined with is fine for me since I'm solo. But why am I solo 😭

Drop off of luggage only then park the car in a car park 200m away ( fora fee of 10 euros ) paid to the booking agency.

We got transferred from Le Génépy to Hotel Plan B and it was the best thing that happened to our trip! The staff at Hotel Plan B were extremely helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile in ensuring we have a wonderful stay at Chamonix. We stayed in a one-room apartment, the room was spacious and the kitchen was perfect for us. My child loved the play area so much especially the lovely swings at the entrance. Location is good as it is near town and yet away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Would definitely recommend Hotel Plan B to anyone visiting Chamonix.

The basement parking is tight, so it could be a little problem for big cars and inexperienced drivers. Other than that, we love everything about Hotel Plan B.

The location was superb..we can view mont blanc from our room. We took the 2 bedroom apartment. It was a duplex. 2 rooms upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. You can also ask for the cheese fondue pot from the reception which we didn’t know about until check out. There was a parking space nearby for 10 euros per day. Parking was safe and had an electric charging station. Lots of shops close to the apartment. The staff were very kind and willing to help. We left our son’s bagpack and they helped to return it back to us by post. Highlight of the apartment would be the beautiful view of montblanc. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Chamonix. Merci beaucoup to the staff. Hope to see you again.

a lot of space. 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a bunkbed and 2 big 2 person beds

not enough seating area for a group in the livingroom. needs a 2nd couch. and nr 14 is right above the stroage area of shops. a truck was emptied at 5 o clcok at night for an hour. super noisy. and super dissapointi g the ski lifts were not open when online they said they would on december 4th

The location in Chamonix was great. It was a quick walk to the train station, with restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. It was only a ten minute walk to the Aiguille gondola station. Our room, a 1 bedroom apartment, was very spacious and nice. It was clean and the kitchen was excellent. The bed was comfortable and there was adequate storage space. There was a balcony which was just wonderful to sit on in the beautiful afternoon sun.

The bathroom was quite small. It had been partially renovated, but still had a shower over the bath which made the space very tight. The side of the bath was not tiled but had a painted board along it that had peeling paint.

View of Mont Blanc, small lift which helps with luggage. Pretty courtyard garden. Warm cosy apartment, modern with a young vibe, very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Located in Central Chamonix so need car parking. Le Genepy can arrange car parking in a covered car park. Pre-book is essential. They responded promptly to my emails from the UK, excellent English.

We only needed one night which was great. For a longer winter ski stay, we were trying to work out where to put everything, both apartments could accommodate more than 2 people, thought storage was a little lacking for more than two people. However a summer stay for two people was great, planning to return. Great location.

The property is modern, charming and in a fantastic location. Rooms are clean and have all you need for eating in your room if you want to. Well stocked and reasonably priced grocery store is very close. Restaurants are all nearby/ fantastic location close also to ski lift. Staff were very attentive and we want to thank particularity Sami and Romain. They could not have been better ambassadors for the property.

wifi didn't work in our room but wasn't a problem for us.

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. clean apartment with all the amenities necessary.

Despite the numerous requests and confirmations that they would accommodate us, they did not provide twin beds in each room and therefore we had to squash three adults into a small bedroom, leaving no room for luggage or movement around the beds. luggage then had to be put around the lounge area which took away from our rest area.
