The flat is excellent - very clean and comfortable, in a very elegant building, with a safe parking in the basement and an elevator. Filled with coffee capsules and tea bags, salt and pepper, also excellent olive oil and vinegar, and in the bathroom - shampoo and shower gel. Well comunicated with the centre of Paris, shops and boulangeries nearby. A quiet and safe neighbourhood. I recommend it to everybody!!!

You must know that it's at least 20 mins walk to the metro station (line 13, Chatillon Montrouge station, which is zone 3). We used a tram T6 to get to the station, it's 4 mins walk from the flat. Trams go every 6-8 mins, there're also buses. That was not a problem for us but it's not clearly written in the offer.

Apartment is located in Chatillon, a small town nearby Paris (Zone 3), in a very silent and safety neighborhood. If you don't have the car, you may use a combination of a train line T6 and metro line 13 to reach the Paris city center really fast. A local manager, Mr. Larry is very helpful and professional in every activity. Apartment is new and well organized. A small, but well equipped kitchen may help all the guests to make a late dinner would be ate on a small balcony. We found the mattresses as very comfortable. The access to the Internet through WiFi was very fast.

Staying at the apartment during a hot summer would be difficult due to a lack of any air-conditioning system. The host provided access to fans, but they were not enough effective when the temperature outside exceeded 30 degrees of Celsius.

The suite is huge, with the possibility to get some privacy between bedrooms, prepare your own meals, and it gets a lot of sunlight, thanks to their massive windows. The free 24-7 laundry is really a plus in this place.

We suffered a lot going back to Châtillon late night, as no one picked us up to the place using Uber, and with Bolt we managed to go back to the suite, with an average fare of €25 from the Eiffel Tower. Therefore, the location is a disadvantage, if you want to stay most of the time in Paris.

There was no breakfast. I chose the location because it’s near where I visited and lived at times from 1974-2018, when my daughter sold her grandparents’home nearby. But I wd recommend to anyone visiting Paris to stay here in CHATILLON. Edgar Suites is very near the tram to the metro, just minutes away. The metro line 13 goes to Porte de Vance’s ( fabulous antiques flea market Saturdays) and direct to Les Invalides ( Napoleon’s tomb, the Champs Elysees, and Mirosmenil ( near the best ( in my opinion ) museum in Paris the Jaquesmart Andre, which has a wonderful restaurant serving big, fab salads. Just near Edgar Suites, where you get on tram are two very good restaurants the little Thai one ( Le Commerce), be careful there are two, and Le Barbizingue, meals on lower level are among the best in Paris. Upstairs, all you can eat buffet, good for those with huge appetites.we stayed at Edgar Suites twice, the second apt. had a huge terrace facing the Eiffel Tower. Laundry room with free machines , soap,etc. I will definitely return.

Everything was perfect. The price of the hotel was much better than any other in the same cathegory so I was not expecting this good value to be honest. I have been in Paris 3 times already but this was the best accomodation for price/value by far. The host was very friendly and communicative, they were specifically expecting us. The hotel is situated in a building hosting old people's home. The building itself is nice, well maintained (looks new). The room is comfortable, clean, equipped with everything (also if you run out of anything, including coffee they are happy to refill during stay). We arrived before 11 as we had a morning flight, but we could leave our luggages at the place, they even offered us a room where we could wait for the room to be ready. The area of the city is nice, suburban, with a lot of good coffee places and restaurants, while quiet and cosy. It is not quite in the center of Paris but public transportation is easily accessible (tram, bus, metro is also not far away) I also liked that we could check in online prior our arrival. It made the process much easier and more convenient.

The old people's home staff was a bit rude but they don't have anything to do with Edgars team. They were all nice, professional and very friendly.

-> clean, safe, quite zone and place -> super staff -> baby cot and a baby chair +++ -> info support during the whole period -> comfy pillows and blankets + electric blinds ensured a good sleep. -> several supermarkets 5-10 minutes to walk -> the balcony for enjoying the evening with glass of wine -> netflix, wifi.... -> "the ritual" brand shampoo & shower gel -> good for long stay

-> no cutting board in the qitchen to cut some sausages and cheese for a glass of wine. (Maybe it was just missing in our room, considering that other essential kitchen tools there were in the kitchen) -> there are not many restaurants in the zone. No pubs and winebars. That is why the balcony in the room and the nearby market is a big advantage. -> going on daily basis from Châtillon to the city centre with a baby it is not a easy task. Very bad infrastructure in the metro where you have to get the baby and the stroller up and down stairs. It shouldn't be a problem for others as in 40 min (T6+M13+...) you are in main location from Paris.

Quite easy to get to Paris, but you have to prepare in advance buying bus tickets. The neighborhood is very quiet, probably because it hosts a lot of senior homes. It is also nice to explore the surroundings. We were greeted by Divine, a very nice lady who expplained everything we needed to know about the location, gave us some advice regarding restaurants and supermarkets, helped us with the luggage. The apartment itself was amazing and so so so clean. There is a quite large parking garage shared with the residents who of the senior home, but Edgar has many parking spaces. I think normally there is someone to let you in the garage at any hour. But even if its not, there are plenty of free parking spaces on the street. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely return here next time in Paris.

* Chilling out on the balcony after a busy day around Paris, spacious rooms * everything needed like groceries, restaurants in the area nearby * good connection to the city (T6, 194) though, we used bolt a lot, as for 4 people it sometimes was comparably costly but faster and more convenient * very good care of Edgar and the team, that was flexible and caring and all the time available with quick response time for questions, help etc.

don't know what to improve, when I had questions like where to put the trash, I was quickly helped by the staff at the place or by quick reponse of Edgar per SMS or Email

The coffee machine was an amazing touch, the fans were very powerful and a blessing at night in the summer. Bed was super comfortable, the balcony was amazing and we could see the Eiffel Tower from it. Larry was really kind and helped our first guest check in with ease, also bringing them a charger as they had forgotten a UK adapter. Building was nice and quiet, comfortable and clean. There was a small dishwasher which came in very handy. Plenty of toilet roll and towels. Absolutely blown away by the prompt communication, swift replies and genuine excitement from Edgar to have us stay. Would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in Paris.

If there was a rail to hang or store clothes this would have been a help. There was no oven (we didnt check as we saw there was a whole kitchen area so we just assumed) which meant the pizza's we bought couldn't be eaten, but we ended up offering them to the staff anyway! Also maybe a second small couch as the sofa bed was being used most of the time.
