We loved the property and the cowboy theme, or room was good and we loved all the autumn decoration. It was very nice to see the ponys outside in the morning and the country saloon bar was great. Nice walk to Disney village and parks, lovely scenery all around and quick walk to other hotels.

We would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room as the breakfast offer at the hotel was too expensive for us. It would have been good if the tv in the room had Disney+ or other smart tv options (eg. Netflix) available. The Starbucks on site was good but it took a long time to be served/receive our drinks at busy times.

Loved the layout of the different buildings, the theme, the staff were all lovely and friendly, all very cheery . Every where was very clean. Shuttle bus to the parks were great.

Rooms could have benefitted from having a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, especially for when your getting organised in the mornings.

Love the area, love the room, but there's no mini fridge. Love the concept of wild west area with several 2 building complex for the hotel rooms. The Starbucks, coin laundry and vending machine inside the complex really helped! And the staffs are super amazing, very helpful and friendly. Don't need to go to the reception for checkout, since we don't need to return the disney keycard (which are also magic pass). Definitely will stay here again if I ever come back to Disneyland!

No mini fridge/mini bar (don't really need the mini bar, but mini fridge is important). They don't have coffee machine or pot inside the room, but there are hot beverages machine in some of the building. No toothbrush or bathroom toiletries like shower cap.

Loved the look of the hotel, the food in the restaurant, the comfy beds.

Would have loved a kettle in the room to be able to have cup of tea/coffee after kids went to bed.

As a massive Disney fan of course I wanted to stay onsite. The overall theme of the hotel was very good and I really felt like I was at a cowboy ranch. Excellent location for our final night at the resort as our room was located very close to the path that leads to the Disney Village.

After a long evening at the park we decided to go in search for sandwiches for our evening meal and came across Starbucks which was located right next to the shop. Went to purchase the items with my card however it was declined for some reason. Tried again and still didn’t work so decided to pay in cash. The woman serving asked if I had the correct money and I declined as only had notes. Her customer service then changed as she’s huffed, searches through a jar of coins for some change and slams it on the counter. Not only bad customer service but also short changed me! I left quickly feeling shocked and embarrassed. i know it’s probably not the hotel/Disneys problems but I thought it was worth mentioning.

The room was lovely, very spacious, very clean, very quiet. Beautiful view from window of river. Food was yummy especially loved the hot pancake machine

The room was freezing! I tried to turn heating up but was just blowing cold air. Should provide extra blankets in winter months. All staff were friendly apart from young lad in shop at hotel, very rude. My bill came to 7 euros so I gave him 12 (a note and 2 euros) and he counted out 5 coins to give me back. I asked could I have a note (as we can't change coins in uk) and he said no even though I could see some in his till.

close to park - free shuttle bus - buffet breakfast perfect - staff really friendly. loved the theme and bonus we got to meet Jessie.

I wasn’t able to stay in same room for stay and had to change after first night.

Booked here so that we could get the extra magic hour as part of our Disney trip. So easy to get to the parks from this hotel, even though it is billed as one of the ones far away. Absolutely no need to pay the much higher prices of the closer hotels. Check in was quick, out room was basic, but you aren't in it as you are at the parks so it was just a great place to rest after a busy park day. The room was clean and a good size. Staff in the reception, general store and the starbucks were friendly and helpful. Having the starbucks close by was great to grab an early morning coffee on the way into the park. We were going to store our bags in the lockers at the train station on our day of departure, but as the hotel wasn't too far away, we saved the money and left then at the hotel bag drop.

Carpets in the main hallways could do with a good clean. A kettle in the room would be great- I would still have used the starbucks but to make a tea when you get back later at night would have been a welcome option.

Location was excellent. Shuttles came very often and were so close to the parks. Also, you could walk to the parks in a few minutes otherwise. Great room, lovely grounds and very easy to navigate around. Staff were all so lovely and accommodating.

Starbucks queue very long and staff are very slow. Queued up for over 40 minutes to get a cup of cold milk for my 15 month old at 8am when they opened. No milk cartons in the shop next door. Only juice and other minerals. Would be worth looking into especially as it’s aimed towards families and young kids. Otherwise I couldn’t fault anything else.

The closeness of the parks were brilliant under a 10 minute walk . Every morning Woody & Jessie were in the foyah of the hotel which was brilliant as our grandson loves toy story.

Could do with a little refurbishment and the all you can eat in the restaurant isn't worth the money in my view.
