Book Santa Fe if you want a less-expensive Disney Hotel. The biggest two benefits to this hotel: 1) Gives you the extra hour of hotel-guest only access to the parks (allowed us 4 rides in a park before the standard entrance started); 2) It's within walking distance of the parks (15ish minutes). Aside from that, some kids might be excited by the Cars theme and--if you were arriving by train--you could walk 200 meters from the train to the pickup point of the hotel shuttle (that runs all day, every 15-20 minutes or so).

If they had air conditioning, I didn't find it. Hotel is in good shape, but certainly due for a refresh. The onsite restaurant is convenient, but not a highlight. The food is fine; however, the buffet required full payment just to enter and sit down (I.e., I don't eat breakfast, but I got to pay for myself so I could escort my child); unless your family will really enjoy that buffet, there are other options in the Disney village area (for breakfast and dinner) or several places in town for dinner (if you have a car). The shuttle works fine, but it gets crowded and the location it drops you off is still a bit of a walk...if you're able to walk, you're better off walking.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Starbucks onsite was a great treat and open late. Breakfast had a huge variety which didn't need to be booked in advance so decided on the morning. Rooms had cars themed soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Shower/bath great pressure and lovely and warm.vending machines with snacks, fizzy drinks located in a few hotel corridors(shown on map) also you get a free hot chocolate each day with ur room key. The walk to the park was only 10 mins so you could pop back during the day and head back out again! Great value for money. We will be definitely returning again.

Vending machine wouldn't work for us a few times. We ended up going into main building for a drink at the bar.

The lady who checked us in was amazing and friendly and we were so late arriving she immediately told us to go to the bar and they would give us some food. the theme and attention to detail was brilliant and the staff made me and my daughter feel safe and welcome. The man who served us in the bar was a gent and very obliging . the shuttle was so frequent and we were so close to the parks

I found finding our room very confusing and it was late and we were tired and I didnt understand the map very well. The smell on the corridors was a bit stale and musty. We could have also done with more pillows

Nice themed hotel, close to the Parks. Good transportation facilities. Friendly staff; helpful and quick to aid. Check-in was quick and we were well informed. Parking is close to your room, which is convenient. Nicely themed paths, buildings and rooms. Well outfitted in the Cars theme. The rooms are easy accessible we spacious enough for us. A private bathroom with a sink, toilet ans bath/shower. Amenities included. All was clean and tidy.

Some things feel a bit outdated. Like for instance the bathtub (not worn out, just not of this day and age) and the phone could use an update. We brought a bed for a small child as we could not find info if this was in the room or not. Turned out there wás one, so that is a plus but communications could've been a bit more clear. And yes, it's Disney. But €21,- breakfast a person is not proportional to the offer.

- The staff we spoke to were nice. - The breakfast had a very wide variety and it was good. The logistics of how breakfast worked was also well organised. - We booked 2 nights from the Disney website and 1 night from booking.com and they let us stay in the same room. - The beds and pillows were comfy (the mattress was quite firm and the pillows quite low and that's my personal preference so if you prefer extra soft mattresses and high pillows I would image that it wouldn't be as comfy for you).

- It would be great if they could upgrade from shower curtains to a glass panel. - If they got rid of the fitted carpets the room would be cleaner. - The bedrooms require ACs it would have been great if we could control the heat level of the room.

The beds were really comfortable, the hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was really good, there was plenty of variety and it was tasty. The staff were very helpful and had good English. Very handy shuttle transfer to Disneyland that we never had to wait too long for. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tea / Coffee making facility in the room was missed. This didn't matter too much.

All the staff were amazing and so helpful. The proximity to disney was great, we walked there and back most days with a 4 year old and 1 year old. Rooms are OK, the colour of the walls makes them feel a little dated but thats the theme I guess. Basic facilities, no kettle in the room but we asked at reception and had one brought to us. Rooms are clean. We ate breakfast and dinner here and both were well organised and the staff were fantastic. We hardly had to queue despite it being incredibly busy. Plenty of choices and nothing ever ran out!

When using the shower the bath tap stayed on at the same timeand the plug didn't allow the water down fast enough so ended up filling a bath everytime we used the shower (very minor inconvenience) The noise from other guests was an issue one night (not the hotels fault but maybe sound proofing could be slightly better) Pillows were a little too soft for me but that's just a personal choice

The hotel is designed like the movie "Cars", which is beautiful. The reception was excellent, very helpful crew. The shuttles to the park are very convenient. We stayed at the room near the facilities, so it was very convenient also. In the evenings the are some disney characters coming to the hotel, so it is a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean! The room was cleaned every single day, and the room contains shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and a starbucks which is super convinient. Our stay was excellent, we recommend this hotel very much! Thank you for every thing.

The hotel is really great, but it does need a renovation..... And the restaurant is very functional, but the food is quite average and the price is high.

The rooms are simple but carry out the theme with cute touches. The restaurant dinner and breakfast buffets are plentiful - there is something for everyone. The staff went above and beyond. I had a cheese I loved at dinner that I was still thinking about the next morning. I asked a breakfast server if she ever worked nights and knew the name. She and another employee found it in the kitchen, brought it out, and insisted on giving me some slices for breakfast!

The bed is a mattress on a plank - good thing walking the park tires you out! Bathrooms need updating. The whole room could have been a little cleaner - mold in the shower corner and crud behind the chair.

The situation, how clean and new is everything after the refurbishment, I was here before, then changed to sequoia and now back again and after this experience I'll repeat again and again.

The staff at the Starbucks, the guy didn't make me discount with the infinity passport annuel, not consistence, and during the diner, when I went to pick the dreserts at the buffet they removed everything from my table... The manager came to apologize... But I think that was a step of service issue...
