Breakfast was good and easy to get in and out of. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. It’s easy to get to and from Disneyland which was the #1 thing we wanted.

There wasn’t hand soap provided in the rooms- you had to buy it from them which I thought was odd. That seems like a simple hygiene practice that should be included, especially in the world we live in right now. It was very hard to figure out which bus went to our hotel at first when we came off the train but once you find it, it’s easy going from there.

value for money, it doesn't give you the vibes of a 2 stars hotel

the Air-conditioning was a bit slow, the shower door didn't close completely, the sink of the shower was getting full really fast (plugged), the cleaning room services didn't remove the garbage that we put on the floor, plus she didn't change the bed sheets (just made them neat again), lastly they should have told us if we were coming by train to go to station Q (there we will find our free shuttle) we discovered that by ourselves

The hotel staff were very pleasant and always smiling. Breakfast was nice, good choice of continental food. It did get busy at times but always managed to get a seat. Its a two star so the rooms are not lush but basic. The toilet / shower is very small. The rooms are clean and comfy and to be honest we was hardly there as always in Disneyland with the kids. Its competitively prided and close to the park. The shuttle bus to the park was fine however at night it was very busy. Lots of pushing to get on board we opted an uber each night which was always a few minutes away and 10 euros back to the hotel. It was a nice stay 😊

The location was perfect for Disneyland and we never waited longer than 10 minutes for the Shuttle Bus. We also took the train into Paris (from the station at Disneyland), it was so convenient to be able to park the car at the hotel (even pre and post check-in) and then use busses and trains. Breakfast was standard, it wasn't amazing but the pastries were good and no-one went hungry. The room was quite small but clean and quiet (we were on the third floor). The children were happy to have 2 single beds instead of bunkbeds or a double bed.

The bathroom was clean but very small - it was a bit of a squeeze to get in and out of the shower/bathtub (even for the kids). There was 1 duvet on the queen bed and being from Germany, I prefer 2 but that's just a matter of personal taste.

There is a smoking area right by the doors that people have to walk through as they go for breakfast, its pretty disgusting having to walk through smoke before and after going for a meal especially if you don't smoke, this area should be put somewhere specifically for smokers that won't affect other guests.

Not what I expected when I booked this place. It is about 45-50 minutes away from the airport and central Paris, but it is situated right by Disneyland Europe, with free shuttle service to and from the park, and train station which takes you to Paris. It is about 11 or 12 stops from Paris city center, but it is worth the 5 Euro you pay to get there. The hotel also has free breakfast and a restaurant that is open until 11 pm if you happen to get hungry. Rooms are modern and very clean. The hotel is also very sercure.

The only gripe I had was the distance from Paris city center and the airport.

Location and facilities were great. Lovely breakfast included and fast connection via the shuttle bus to Disneyland. Great Christmas decorations throughout with lots of fun details for the kids to discover. Very nice and well furnished arcade game room, vending machines for snacks and drinks available 24/7, a vending machine with necessities like toothbrushes and other basic toiletries as well as phone accessories. Dinner available on site. Cannot fault it.

No phone in the rooms to call reception. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Pillows with no support, very flat. Not enough to spoil the stay and affect the rating, though.

Breakfast choice was good and of a good quality.Room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and have asked B£B who manufactures them 😃. Reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Customers/guests should be made aware that any unopened food left on tables is thrown away by the staff. This is extremely wasteful, and something else should be done, perhaps the staff can take home unopened items or donate these food items to a local charity. Some people are very wasteful (especially children)and should be told not to take too much, go back for more if you want but don’t waste food.

It's my third time using B&b and I always have a pleasant stay here. Comfy room, basic but all I needed for a 2 night stay. Room was spotless. Front desk was efficient and very friendly and helpful.

I think the no bags allowed in breakfast was a bit problematic for a solo traveller as I was leaving a small bottle of sanitizer on the table and when I go get my food and return I found someone else occupying my table...and this happened twice in a row 😅. Maybe issuing cards to put on a table that says "table occupied" would be a good idea.
