les Présidents Restauant in the hotel to have more opening hours , we went twice to the restaurant & was closed nevertheless room service is always available 😃

it's a BEAUTIFUL hotel with a soul - and friendly staff. the park / trees in front of the hotel are fabulous.

the noisy young men in the lobby which ruined the classy and quiet atmosphere of the hotel and the evening. unfortunately, nobody told them to shut up and to behave. the sauna part would need some serious revamping with an expert in wellness matters.

This is a wonderful place with beautiful woodwork present everywhere you look. It's like being transported back in time in the best way possible. The breakfast buffet is great and the hotel cosmetics are of high quality and made in France. The location is fantastic, situated in a park surrounded by ancient cedar trees and redwoods, making it a treat for nature lovers. The balcony is a nice addition to the room, and overall, I loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back.

It's unfortunate that the cars have to be parked in the park, which detracts from the natural beauty of the area. However, it's understandable that not every location has the luxury of an underground parking facility.

We travelled from Calais with one over night stop. The property is fabulous the best art deco hotel outside of New York. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a balcony room with a view of the mountains. The restaurant was really good the food was excellent. The walk to the town is no more than 5 minutes: the station is about 15mins in te car with direct trains to Geneva. Definitely recommend. We hope to come back next year.

Although the common areas are very beautifully decorated, the rooms need a refreshment ( refurbishing) The bathrooms are oldish and the showers ( with bathtubs ) very difficult and dangerous to access especially for older folks. The exaust system of the toilet and bathroom were not working.

The art deco style of the hotel is beautiful and has been updated in keeping with the original style. The view from our room was spectacular with Mont Blanc directly ahead from a spacious balcony. The bedroom was very comfortable especially the bed. The hotel had a good range of facilities including a large outdoor swimming pool and indoor spa.

The only area was the bathroom. The bath and shower need to be upgraded but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the room.

The room was well equiped and very comfortable with a fantastic view; the heated pool was very enjoyable even by end of September. The bar and restaurant were excellent and prices were overall excellent value for money ! We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again.

The lack of a jacuzzi in the spa was a bit of a let down. On the day we were there, both the sauna and the hamam were set way too high for anyone to stay longer than 10 seconds.

The hotel, though a bit old fashioned offered all the expected services and a very comfortable room with a view and balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, English is not a problem here. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you needed. Try the self made honey!

When travelling with pets, be aware its always a surcharge, no matter how small or free of hairing.

This hotel is belonging in Devonne Les Bain.One extremely beautiful place only 20 km from Geneva.The hotel has all the the necessary facilities to enjoy the your stay there.Perfect food spas and everything close to the nature. It is one of the best concerning value for money. The parking there is completely free.

Nothing negative can be mentioned for that excellent hotel.

Excellent service and attention. A few spots are now in need of some attention, but by and large maintains its Art Deco flair which would be a pity to lose. The garden could definitely need some more attention, especially the area in front of the reception (derelict pond).

I feel sorry for the staff given the style of arriving guest! To arrive and then slouch in the reception chairs in shorts, a stained t.shirt, and then proceed to take one's flip-flops off is simply beyond any norm of acceptable behaviour, it is grotesque! If one has no respect for oneself, fine it is a sad personal choice, but at least have some decent respect for the staff and other guests!
