Hotel new and very clean,modern and very nice design,excellent view from my room compensated that it was without balcony. But more of all I would like to compliment to the stuff at the front desk that was very helpful and nice all the period of our week stay.( 3 colleagues 3 rooms ,arrived for training) It began from the suggesting something to drink when the room wasn't ready when I arrived and I waited to it less then 5 min.,small gesture that make big difference, we also appreciate that despite the fact it was no minibar or fridge in room the staff allowed us to save products in big fridge at reception and to eat dinner there . I would warmly recommend this hotel to anybody

It would nice to put small mineral water bottle at first day in room ( we arrived at Sanday and supermarket was closed and gas station was a little far.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and cool, and the breakfast had lots of options and was generous. The coffee machine did decent coffees, which was important to us! We had a twin room and a double room, both spacious and comfortable. Great shower! The hotel was very quiet at night, which meant we slept very well. The location is good for somewhere out of town enough for peace and quiet, and good access to the motorway. We drove into town each day because the weather was so hot but it wouldn't have been a long walk (maybe 20 minutes) and there's a bus. My daughter was sick the day we were due to fly home, and the lady on reception couldn't have been kinder. She was an absolute gem and let us check out a bit later so my daughter could rest a bit longer.

There's nothing I didn't like exactly. The only thing lacking in the rooms is enough hanging space - there was only room for 4 hangers. And we could have done with some hand towels - all we had were two bath towels. However, I'm sure if I'd asked for more towels, reception would have given us some, I was just surprised there weren't hand towels anyway. Fresh, prepared fruit was the only thing missing from breakfast.

The lady at check-in was amazing. Smiling, comforting, accommodating, very welcoming. Check-in was smooth. THe room clean. I was seeking a kettle, but that was not available. She offered a solution in the breakfast area: to take hot water whenever I want. We had a good stay.

At check-in the agent said she gave us a very good room looking over the mountains. She said she was able to give us a better room as occupancy was low. Our window was not looking at anything special. I think raising customers expectations for nothing doesnt make sense. We were ok with the room, but now that she raised our expectations, we were a bit disappointed.

Very basic room. It lacks a bit of equipment: no hairdryer, no laundry bag, no pen, etc.

The perfect 3* Hotel. Serves all your basic needs with a simple but good quality breakfast selection & bar where you can order drinks. There is a choice of two Italian restaurants a short distance away. Bus service into the main town of Nyon & trainline station

Personally I would like a kettle in the room, but there are tea & coffee making facilities near on the first floor near reception.

Reception helpful. Staff helpful. n room clean Beds are comfy. It’s Christmas Day. I wanted a cup of hot choc for my boy it’s chf 4 a cup Then the staff said to me. It’s on the house. It’s Christmas. ;) It’s not so much the money. It’s just sweet and nice. It’s Christmas.

The shower is not as hot as I expect and it’s winter There was no kettle or even cups in the room But. I can help myself to the hot water n cups at the reception area. So that’s fine.

I was tentative to book this hotel as the listing was new but the photos don't do it justice. I particularly liked the keypad option on the hotel rooms doors instead of a traditional keycard, which meant checking out in the morning was easy. There's a nice restaurant downstairs with plenty of seating if you wish to eat or work. The room was comfortable and we had nice view of the fields/mountain from our room. Highly recommend!

New hotel with very attractive price (for Switzerland). Room was spacious enough, great location a little outside of the town’s center but right next to the bus stop and a 20 minutes walk to the train station. Migros 5 minutes walk away Staff very friendly and attentive.

would have been great to have a small towel in addition to the big one. And there was no hair dryer in the room.

On behalf of my friends from Hong Kong, for whom I booked the hotel, and they asked me to leave the following message: We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very clean and nice. New facilities and super nice and patient staff. Even though the hotel was not at city center, it was only a less than 10-minute bus ride to the train station, so it it was convenient. It was great value-for-money!
