Both my wife and I found all aspects of the Hotel Le Rive to be exceptional. The location among a group of restaurants at the boat dock of Lac Leman was great as was the community of restaurants and cafes along the waterfront. Our exceptionally clean room was optimum, as we had windows on two fronts to enjoy the lower portion of Nyon. We found the staff to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient as they assisted us throughout our stay. This was a great hotel experience. We loved it.

I understand the need to be environmentally conscious, but I dislike that the hall lights were on a motion sensor. Every time I walked out my door the halls were scarily dark, and there was an uncomfortable, then jarring delay in the lights going on. I would have much preferred the lights on, but dimmed.

Nyons is a very charming summer town on Lake Geneva. When we arrived at the hotel (which is walking distance from the ferry), they upgraded our room. The room (and particularly the bathroom) was very large and well appointed for a European hotel. Loved the AC as it was really hot this summer. Breakfast was on a large covered patio with a gorgeous lake view.

beautifully located on lake Geneva. the room was nice, and they gave us a balcony in lieu of a lake view. very nice breakfast. fabulous friendly and helpful staff, especially Elena

the shower’s hot water was not easy to control - it was either scalding hot or cold

Great lake side position in vibrant town a short downhill walk from the train station (15 mins to Geneva and 20 minutes to the airport). It’s uphill back to the station! Very good cuisine and Le Lounge restaurant has a big balcony looking directly over the lake.

Rather noisy air con in bedroom. No tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom.

Location, views and helpful friendly staff

Breakfasts weren't exceptional and a kettle (rather than coffee machine) would be our personal preference.

Room was great - very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating (especially with printing out some documents for me).

A very comfortable, well appointed hotel with helpful friendly staff and great views of the lake - a short stay so difficult to rate more fully.

It was perfect. I went there couple of times already .Only missing tea or coffe in the room that I had to ask at the réception and they provided it to me without any problème ( depending of the room they give or not ) . They let me to do check out at 13h so thank you very nice for that. Le quartier est exceptionnel .Très simpatique et professionnel de staff. I recommended without hésitation.
