We had an amazing terrace off our room that looked out to the lake, marina and main promenade. A nice table and chairs were provided so we could entertain our family and friends on the large deck. The hotel has a very convenient location adjacent to the lake, close to all the restaurants, marinas, swimming areas, museums, chateau, etc. Rooms were good-sized and bathroom was well-appointed. It was an extremely relaxing end to our trip.

I can only think of two minor issues: There were several spiders in our room. Might have just been the season for that, but I was surprised that the ever-present cleaning folks didn't catch them. Also we had a streetlight that shone in the room in the strip of the window that couldn't be covered by the curtains.

Superior double had wonderful lake view from balcony. Good buffet breakfast although choice reduced in you arrived after 9am. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lovely Fatima who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and took a genuine interest in what we'd done each day. She was always happy to chat and tell us about the town and food to try. Plugs are different to usual European ones but they have adaptors at reception to borrow.

Virtually all museums and most shops closed on Mondays so bear this in mind when planning your activities.

Hotel personell was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel is located few meters from the lake coast just under the Nyon castle. Opposite to the hotel is underground public parking.

Bed looks good at the first sight, but it is worn out and bumpy. The breakfast offer is quite poor, just offer of teas is extraordinary. Hotel restaurant was closed during all stay.

The location is fantastic being right on the waterfront. Easy to find and close to a number of bars/restaurants. Extremely clean hotel and very attentive staff. Main bed outstanding. Bathrooms great.

Breakfast is good, but not excellent. Could do with a bigger variety imo. Sofa bed in the suite was not very comfortable.

No parking at the hotel. However there is a public garage right across the street (quite expensive and very narrow parking lots)

Great location in Nyon - lovely view of the lake if you’re in the right room and a nice balcony too to watch the world go by. Very comfy bed and lovely bathroom (can shower over looking the lake!)

Breakfast croissants could have been a little fresher! (minor gripe)

Air conditioning is not strong enough in most of the Swiss hotel as the country still not ready to cope up with the heat generated by the global warming. So can’t give any negative feed back

Nice location,Rooms are with excellent space and view , very helpful stuff, and always responsive . You will definitely feel at home , everyone there for sure is doing work with love and passion, fresh breakfast with the best scrambled eggs ever .

Great hotel in a lovely location overlooking the lake. The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast too.

The corridors and one of the bedrooms did smell like cigarette smoke at times.
