Nice property ideal for a large group in the center of Epernay in a street with low traffic (but when there is a car/truck bedrooms are very noisy). Patio terrace with BBQ and large fridge, many bedrooms, nice living and TV room. Really pleasant when with a large group as you can split up in different areas.

Entrance a bit smelly (cat piss?) although generally the property was very clean. Bedrooms would benefit from bedside lamps and some basic furniture.

The room had a good size for one or two adults. It had everything you need in a room. The bathroom is compact but practical. There was space for the suitcase, a nice mirror, a desk/table, telly, air con. It was very comfortable. The room would get clean every day. The breakfast was good, it was continental and it had a bit of everything, and very quiet in the dinning room. The location was good too, 10 minutes walk from the train station and from the city center. The staff in the hotel was very helpful.

Not all the receptionists spoke English although they were trying hard to understand me and it worked :)

Excellent stopover stay - really friendly welcome, well-appointed clean rooms (storage, desk, etc). The bed was really comfy and it was a dark quiet night's sleep. We were able to walk into the centre within 15 minutes to find a late night bar for food. The breakfast was outstanding value at only 6 Euros each. A great value stop. A nice surprise as we weren't sure what to expect.

The bed was very comfortable. Beyond expectation for the price. The breakfast was good value and for what we paid for both of these services, it was very good value.

The smell (drainage smell) in the bathroom and that there was no toilet brush. The room was only made up for 2 people but booked for 3. Had to ask for a duvet/quilt and then had to put the cover on ourselves.

Good location for walking access to town. Breakfast very good for price. Room for the price provided all the basics and was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.Free parking in a semi secure parking area right outside the hotel. Travelled as a couple with our young granddaughter. A good stopover on our journey home.

Excellent for a transit stop and to explore epernay . Rooms are basic and comfortable and clean. breakfast is good, self service with range of fresh breads and bakery, yoghurts etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free car parking. It’s basic no frills which is reflected in the price, so don’t don’t expect more. I’ve classed it as 8 as it’s a budget hotel, in its category probably higher.

Some noise from railway, not an issue unless you are a light sleeper.

Warm handling at the Reception. Rooms were clean on both 1st day and 2nd day. Nice Breakfast. Well protected parking.

Nothing major to complain. It was as promised. Only point is the bathroom could have a bit bigger. But we knew it before it. So no complains.

Was good, great value of money for one night stay. Stuff was friendly. In the room was clean and hot. I stayed in the winter time.

Smell of cigarettes in the room ! Very small bathroom. Like in airplain.🤣

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Location was perfect because we needed to be close to the Stadium. The hotel is in a walking distance from the train station.

To set a good temperature for the shower you need to let the water run a bit.

Very clean. Kind and helpful staff. Very affordable. Easy to park and to walk centre ville. Nice little town. We had breakfast and it was all fine compared to the price.

There was a malodor in the room. Probably because it once was allowed to smoke.
