We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the front. It wasn't very large but it was nicely designed and very comfortable. Its a great location and we will definately go back there again.

There could have been a little more hanging closet space and or more hooks for hanging. Breakfast was good but it is better value and more fun to eat out.

Very nice indeed. Just about the perfect location, a very short walk from the nearest tram station and just around the corner from the town square. It is at the edge of the old town, and so a short work from the most interesting part of the city. Nice room, with good air conditioning when the outside temperature touched 100° Fahrenheit. Soufian at the front desk was most hospitable. If I had to knock anything, it would be the 17 Euro breakfast, where the choices were more limited than I expected.

The location is good .. close to everything ans live neighbourhood..make sure u book a room with balcony ..it totally worth it .. I would've love it if they add coffee machine in the room .. Bed is super comfy ..super clean Stuff r very friendly .. Breakfast was good too with variety of options . If ur going by car ..there is close parking service ..it costs 24 euro per day ..

No coffee machine in the room

The room (junior suite) was supremely clean, relatively spacious and comfortable. All the facilities including the TV and coffee machine were working well. The breakfast was particularly lovely with a variety of local produce. Staff was welcoming. Location is brilliant, right in the city centre with easy access to trams.

Hard to find anything to complain about. Maybe for total perfection there could have been an extra milk sachet or two for the coffee machine (they tended to provided just one every day). But I'm sure reception would have provided if I asked.

the best thing about the property was the woman at reception - I wish I could remember her name. she was THE most helpful person I have ever encountered behind a hotel desk !! Thankyou Thankyou for everything, even helping us when we left out things behind in the safe - so friendly, so customer oriented ! simply the best .

Very good hotel in a super central location when you want to stay in downtown Grenoble. Our room had a decent size and was very clean and comfortable. Also the bathroom and shower were immaculate. The staff was very friendly and caring, I can recommend this place. Note the hotel is in the precinct, so you can’t park in front of the door, not even to drop luggage (unless you have a motorcycle and can sneak around the barrier)

the common areas are not als well maintained as the rooms. The elevator could do with a deep clean and some of the sitting areas in the bar area are torn and need replacement.

Its not a 5 star hotel but the place gives you almost all that matters : personal service,- really welcoming staff all over the hotel,- all ammenities in room like water/juice/coffee/tea and some snack,- bathrobes and slippers and not to forget: amazing bed,- pillows and great breakfast.

This time I can not think of anything considering its a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel staff- very friendly, helpful and eager to be at best for guest service. The location is central: everything you need is there or a tram ride away. The room was an upgrade- comfortable, new, nice touches in the bathroom, living room, comfortable bed. Room service is quick.
