I liked the flexibility of self made check in and check out, the atmosphere and decoration of the hotel, the spacious room and the big tv screen. I would rebook a room.

Some noise at night can be heard on the first floor coming from the bar of the hotel. I was expecting breakfast to be much better based on the score in this category, but it’s nothing special and quite limited options except for breads and spreads.

The location was great, very central to Grenoble, easy walking distance to the city center and all attractions. The hotel had a laundry room I could use that was good and had a nice garden and restaurant. The garden even has ping pong tables and a sand pit for bocce.

The dinosaur heads were a bit weird especially the one by the laundromat, the theme and the lights and the ambiance is a bit weird but maybe some people will like it. They charged a lot of money for the garage to be honest. It would be nice if parking would be included and they would not charge so much, the garage is a bit cramped anyhow.

unfortunately we had our car broken into outside hotel, unable to fit into secure parking due to height of car. Hotel were helpful in providing dustpan and brush, didnt really feel like breakfast so cant comment, it looked ok and varied, beds comfortable.

rooms very compact, shower fitting a bit unstable. would have liked a bit more help regarding contacting police etc reception staff not native french, so she asked manager, who told them to direct us to municipal police which was wrong, needed national police, I would have expected manager to come and meet us directly and check that we were able to get on our way etc.

Having in mind the average French hotels, this one is very good. Good position within the center, parking available for 15 Eur. If you are not French, don”t try to find free parking around. Breakfast is fabulous. Room was big enough as we booked a premium.

Avoid room 322. The shower floor is higher than the rest of the bathroom and the room, so the water is flowing towards the center of the bathroom and in the room. We had to use additional towels to stop that. We informed the reception and they promissed to address that. Hope they shall change the whole floor, can”t see other solution.

Hotel is modern, clean, lots of great design ideas (we loved everything, from vintage game machines to css as repents in corridors). In the room we had free water, amazing tea selection and smart tv with new movies. Also there were souvenir post cards in our room. Also there is a good bathtub, we appreciated it a lot after a long day in the wind. Check-in check-out are automatic, so you can do it yourself anytime. staff was worry positive and helpful.

Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room, but you can use hotel’s kitchen and all other services easily. We did not try it out as we had a short stay.

I arrived after dark and was very glad to have GPS on my phone! I'd not checked in on-line so did the self-service check-in at the hotel. I was able to book a spot in the hotel's own underground car park, which worked out very well. There is a multi storey car park about 20m from the hotel, but that's significantly more expensive than the hotel's own car park. The room was small but had everything I wanted. Everything was well equipped and the room was nice and quiet. The room temperature was perfect. Breakfast was amazing, an incredibly well stocked buffet with everything one could wish for and more! Self-service check-out worked well too.

We booked a family room for two adults and two kids and got actually two hotel rooms seperated by a door between the rooms. This was far better than the normal solution with an added bed in the room, because we had a lot of space and two bathrooms, etc. Furthermore the location of the hotel is very good and the staff was very helpful regarding the parking, since we traveld with a roof rack. The hotel itself has a restaurant and a bar which makes it easy to have dinner if you travel through.

One has to do the check in and check out by oneself, even if the staff is present. I prefer the oldschool way, but this is me. The breakfast is a little pricy.

Location, shops nearby, attractions in walkable distance and very entertaining. Staff named ‘ Fanny’ is a credit to the hotel along with her colleagues.

Property good, but felt uneasy walking around in the evenings. Approached by lowlife but managed it ok. Car parking issues- book hotel and car park at same time, if car park not available then don’t book hotel. Nearby car park is E29 euros a day!!! Hotel a bit heavy on prices!!!

Nicely styled hotel rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was also great.

Parking was a bit unclear. You need to book your parking spot at the hotel beforehand. However they are not very responsive on a short notice. Therefore we had to park our car in a parking garage nearby which was fine but we couldn't charge our EV due to this. I tried to call upfront twice but no one answered the phone. So communication could be improved.

The hotel is very charming, and the staff are so lovely. The room is clean and modern and the bedding is comfortable. I had a balcony facing the sun and took a wonderful nap with the sun on my face. The coffee machine was a nice addition.

The space to open my suitcase was a bit tight; I had to wedge it up against the bed and wall to open it, but other than that, not real complaints about the hotel at all. I would definitely stay again if I found myself in Grenoble.
