Rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we got a great room after asking for it at the reception. Location is ok-ish. Close to main rail stations (15 minutes by foot). Area is rather office/business, so no cafes, restaurant or epiceries. 30 minutes by foot to the Grand Place and old town.

Breakfast cost more than the food that was available on a glance, when I passed by the breakfast area. Breakfast area is minimalistic. So the combination of not having where very closely to eat in the morning and the high price of rather poor breakfast in the hotel was a downside of an otherwise fairly priced and well maintained hotel. Also - no toiletry, only head and body liquid soap. Had to pay 2 Euro per toothbrush at the reception.

The hotel is located near the university and is within easy walking distance of central attractions. We found the hotel to be good value, clean and well maintained, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. We enjoyed staying with our young child and our dog, and found the 3 person bedroom spacious enough for all of us.

The car park is very small and advance booking is not possible. The nearest car park with available spaces was a 15 minute walk away (we stayed for a night between Christmas and new year, so not high season) although you can off-load baggage outside the hotel door. The air conditioning works well but is noisy and we could hear constantly running water throughout the night.

The hotel is wel located, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was small standard room but confortable, clean and wel iluminated. The bathroom was very clean and everything works as it should. The beds were confortable. You could listened a little noise from the street at night but nothing that disturbed the sleeping time. The breakfast was early served, pretty well assorted, all fresh and quality products.

We are gratefull we could get a parking lot in de building, but the hotel have many rooms and not a big parking lot. However they have a discount for very close parking👌

Lovely hotel, 10 minutes walk to the centre, room was lovely, breakfast was 10/10 - Lovely eggs, bacon and such delicious bread! Lots of choice, Fresh loose leaf tea, best breakfast we’ve ever had!! Staff were very accommodating, nice area to sit and have a drink in the evening, the pizza and charcuterie board we had was amazing, it made our stay at the ibis so much better, Thankyou!!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to both main train stations and the metro line that went to the soccer stadium. Very close to the Grand Place and the old town with all the restaurants, bars, and bakeries. Perfect for what I needed

The room was hot, AC did not work very well. Easily 80 F inside and window didn't open. (It was August and 90 F outside Luckily I was there for the Olympics and I was only in the hotel to sleep

Nice location - close to the Zenith arena and the train station, far from the crowds of the city centre. Nice design of the rooms, beautiful view from the rooms on the 6th floor. Welcoming and helpful service on the reception. Breakfast was nice (except the coffee)

Hotel parking was not available. We were provided with a discount for a different place close nearby. It was difficult to understand whether cleaning came or not. Looks like they came to take the garbage from the garbage bin, but didn't touch the bed or any other place in the room.

Great Location, very near to the city center of Lille. Facility was great, clean and room I used was absolutely clean and quite spacious. Toilet shower room had no problem of sink. Highly satisfied!

The room temperature: I was feeling little bit cold in the evening (now the weather is generally very cold and foggy) but when I was sleeping, it was completely warm. I guess it’s auto corrected system applied.

Everything in the room was clean and well arranged. The staff were friendly and readily assisted with all our inquiries. The breakfast was fresh and everything was tasty. We loved it that we could eat breakfast from 7:30-10 o'clock. Worth the money for it, good coffee, plenty of food variety available.

The only small drawback is that there were only three large towels for the three of us,but no small towels.

Very comfortable bed and slept well. Very clean room and hotel . Breakfast good quality, tasty and varied. Easy walking access to Eurostar Station and city centre.

Room a bit lacking . Very limited storage for clothes and only one plastic chair so it was difficult to relax in the room if you wanted to rest during the day . No kettle although I am sure I saw one listed. But these are minor issues.

Everything was perfect. Location is easy to find on foot from Lille Flanders Station even with an 8 year old. Staff helpful, especially Luis who checked is in with ease and early, he then gave advice on the area. Bertille (sorry if spelling is wrong) ordered us a taxi for in the morning and was more than helpful. The family room was comfortable with a good shower. The breakfast had a good variety and suited my families needs. The aforementioned taxi arrived on time and took us to Lille Europe Train Station without any worry to ourselves.
