In the city centre- within walking distance of all main attractions, old town etc. Clean room, good size window in room onto street view, very quiet hotel. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Aline who took the time to kindly recommended some great places to visit in Lille. Staff were always very warm with greeting me whenever I entered the hotel. I had an issue with my key card getting into the room and staff dealt with this as if it was no bother and quickly were able to set me up with another room. A generally lovely experience!

Price was quite expensive for the size of the room, a kettle and some tea bag’s in the room would have been a nice touch.

Great breakfast, and the location was within walking distance of everything we were interested in Lille. The staff was friendly as well with great recommendations on where to go eat and drink in the city. If you're up late at night they also have Pizzas available.

The TV in the room only had one working channel, a teleshopping one. Maybe they could have done something if I had asked them to.

Room was small but comfortable enough for a budget hotel and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of food available and was better than some of the 4 star hotels we have stayed in.

Nothing really. The bathroom was quite small as was the room, but it is a budget hotel and the price was very reasonable and it was no less than could be expected. Certainly, the bed was very comfortable and that is the most important thing when staying overnight.

Staff, breakfast, cleaning are superb. Nothing is too much trouble. I come here twice a year as I feel at home and it is very good value for money.

Bed took up the entire room, it is at an angle and is cramped. It would be better having just a single bed in there. The curtain rail is silly and light comes through. You need curtains covering the window.

Breakfast Good, with plenty of choice. Dining room furniture (chairs) not the most comfortable however. Hotel seemed well maintained and kept very clean ( unlike most of the rest of Lille !)

Bathroom ensuite quite a squeeze! Again, while the bed in the room was fine, the plastic chair was hard on my back.

The young lady on reception was fantastic and could not be more helpful in assisting us , she offered a friendly face and personality in obtaining a taxi for us as well us providing us an iron to use as well as providing a map and directions to a number of areas we needed to visit

The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was small, but very clean and had what we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were fabulous. We felt very well looked after. We were only a short walk from the railway station and the town centre. For the price we paid, I thought we got a good deal.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was fine and sufficient. The location is within walking distance of everywhere. Definitely a place we would choose again.

Unfortunately the rooms were small, especially the bathroom… the shower curtain sticks all the time. The carpet was not very hygienic to me, there were stains on it.

It exeed my expectation for the money. The room was almost perfect and everyting was very practical. The size wasn't big, but it look new, clean, modern. There was goiod bed, shower, toilet and air conditioner. It has a good location. There was a good breakfast

It was too practical in a moments + the door for the toilet was from opaque glass and dont fit whole door hole.And can smell the toilet when somebody is there.

Breakfast was lovely? Staff very friendly! Highly recommend hotel, very central, safe and quiet!

Smell of smoke in room on arrival! But it was ok, though just home & notice items smell of smoke, Bedroom was not huge, but ok for few nights!
