Made a last-minute booking as a matter of urgency since I was stuck in Lille for the night (spent the day in Paris then missed my train so booked a new one to Lille to be followed by a carpool home from Lille, which was then cancelled) - the man at reception greeted me at 11pm and was very helpful explaining how the lights work (you have to put your keycard in a slot) and lending me a charger for my phone. The (single) bed was very comfortable, there was a small desk and TV, as well as a reading light above the bed. The bathroom was very clean and in fact nicer than my bathroom at home. The room was ideal for me and my dad for the weekend. Twin room was a good size to easily move around. The location was VERY central and we could walk to anywhere from our location. The room was tidy and clean and the beds were remade each day.

The smaller bed I was on wasn't the most comfy, 6/10 comfort. The temperature in the room was very warm (it was a warm weekend, highs of 30degrees in the day) but there was air conditioning that came on automatically at a certain temperature. Sadly there was no way to adjust this so it was a little too hot for me which made sleeping uncomfortable

Staff and cleanliness good. Location great. Right in the middle of town in a pedestrianised area. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and I was able to walk to Lille-Flandres rail station in about five minutes the next morning.

Single room very small. Couldn't fully open the bathroom door as it was blocked by the bed. There was a fairly loud hum, presumably from the heating system. I could not hear any noise from other rooms but could hear people walking past in the corridor and doors being opened/closed.

The hotel was central to our places of visit. It was a clean, friendly hotel. Great WiFi, water pressure was brilliant. Beds were comfortable.

The room was small so with heating and hot air-conditioning the room was too hot. We told reception and they were able to switch heating off in our room. One of our light bulbs went, we told reception, but it wasn't fixed before we left. We took our own kettle with us but would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

The staff is amazing and super inviting, responsive, hospitable and friendly. I was let in and assisted even though I got in super late-- around 2 AM. I. am so grateful!! The hotel staff is the highlight of my stay. The bed was super comfortable! The location is also central and perfect for a girl traveling by herself.

The room is a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures, but alright for one person--- no complaints.

Great location, really clean. Lots of restaurants and shops outside. Very quiet considering the location is right in the centre.

We couldn't park as we had a camper van, and it was too tall to go into the car park (a short walk away). But we parked on the street in a paid for space and was ok, but was quite a walk - this was fine as we were able to walk but if you have mobility issues it was quite a way!

The location is amazing. It’s central and easy to get everywhere in the old town. I couldn’t have picked better.

The cleaners team have their room opposite mine and they were incredibly noisy talking/ shouting at each other. It woke me up when I really needed extra sleep. The door to my room jammed three times locking me out. The hotel fixed it very quickly but it was a bit stressful .

The property was extremely well located, and close to all the main amenities we were looking for. Also we have been provided with the codes for the gates so that we were fully independent while accessing the property.

I was expecting a slightly bigger room or with a better view. But to be fair, the room was up to the standards promised.

It had all the basics you could need for a city trip. Perfect single room if you just need a place to sleep.

The outside/entrance could yse some work to make a better first impression and easier to find. The shower didn't get very hot. There was limited breakfast choice for those who are vegan, GF, lactose intolerant, etc.
