The location is the best of the choice. It is a little bit old but clean. It is walking distance to the grand place and main sightseeing places and it is very convenient to find restaurants and stores next door even at night. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and especially the bathroom is big! I would recommend to stay next time.

It would be perfect if they could provide complimentary bottled water and snacks in the room, but fortunately there is a store next door so I could get water to drink.

Even with all the photos, it's hard to know what you're going to get when you book accommodation online. I'm so glad I chose this one! The location is absolutely perfect... in the shopping area, which is vibrant, full of cafes and restaurants, yet we didn't hear a sound when we were in our room. The hotel is basic... but don't be put off by that. It had all we needed. The room was very clean, the bed very comfy and the shower was powerful and lovely. Mostly what I loved about this hotel was the staff. They were very accomodating but, moreso, they were all genuinely friendly. The guy on reception was particularly lovely... and funny!

I booked this 3-star hotel and it was perfect for the price and for a central location; the room was good in.all respects for an economic price. I felt aafe as a single lady and they wete able to offer a single room keeping the cost very reasonable. I didnt take breakfast so cant comment on that.

English speaking TV channel option would have been good, although I appreciate Lille isi in.France.! Next time will take laptop. Will visit Lille again and will stay at City Hotel..

The room was super clean and fresh, the bed was exceptionally comfortable as was the linen. The whole hotel was designed in a modern style .I also liked the smell of coffee that permeated, throughout the hotel. Hard to find a better location in Lille, with the shopping/eating right on the doorstep.

Last minute booking at a budget hotel so had no great expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff, good quiet room, very comfortable bed and small but powerful shower. Breakfast was very good value and all you needed to start the day. Walked everywhere.

No Tea and coffee in the room and no view from window but plenty of light.

The location near the train station but also the old town was perfect. You get what you pay for but this was better than we expected. Staff (especially on reception) were all wonderful and it met our needs perfectly. Yes the room was small but it was clean and the bathroom was more than adequate.

In a heatwave maybe the air con could have been a little stronger in the bedroom.

soundproofing should be better, i was able to hear next rooms tv sounds and a gentleman's snoring. very few options on the breakfast. (1 type of meat, 2 types of cheese, eggs etc.)

In the city center, easy to find, friendly stuff, clear instructions of how to get in

For the budget hotel it's not a big deal, but should notice that entrance is shared with shopping mall and occupied by homeless people

The young lady receptioniste was verry Nice. My boyfriend didnt like the room because hè felt locked up and have issues with that. She switched the room without complaining or anything. Amazing !!!
