Nice spacious bathroom. The morning breakfast was pretty various. With eggs, cold cuts and a couple of fresh baked croissants and chocolate breads. Nice, safe parking with gated entrances, but the street is really bussy. Often you will find random cars blocking the entrance so you have to go ask them to move, so you can exit.

The bed was weird and jiggly. Every movement resonated in the entire room . And the communication on booking was nonexistent. They sent an automated message saying the buffet is closed with no details on how food will be taken care of, or if they will refund costs. When asked for further details there was no response for 3 weeks. Booking. Com chat service tried to contact them as well but no answer for 2 weeks. In the end, on the day of the arrival they told us in person the buffet is open again...

Lovely staff, great location, fantastic hot and cold buffet breakfast, super clean rooms - all at a really great price! Excellent salad bar and/or main course buffet available in the evening, amazing value. Just a few minutes walk from Part Dieu station and Metro connections. I wasn't sure what to expect from a budget chain hotel, however this place exceeded my expectations, given the price. Rooms were basic but very comfortable and really clean. Highly recommended.I

I honestly can't think of anything negative about my stay. Although it was close to the station, the location was super quiet, and felt safe.

Restaurant was expensive and not many options. Breakfast (although rumoured to be good) seemed pricy so didn’t try as it was an all you can eat buffet and we wouldn’t have eaten that much to warrant paying 13 euro each - we may have eaten in if smaller sized and cheaper options were available. We booked without including breakfast so may be tempted to include next time ….

A clean, decent, well located hotel. Staff went the extra mile twice for us: 1) They found, kept and then posted our child's soft toy after we left it behind. They charged us an appropriate postage cost for this. We are really grateful for this service. 2) They helped me out with some free printing of some tickets for my next desitination.

Their lift has one issue: it always collected passengers from the top floor regardless of how long ago the lift button was pressed. So, if you are on a middle floor, the lift is very often (especially in the mornings) already full up of guests from higher floors when it opens to pick you up. On departure, full of our luggage, we waited about 10 minutes before giving up and walking. The code controlling the lift needs modification (as in all other hotels I've been in) to visit floors in the order the button has been pressed in, or at least to take time of pressing into account.

We arrived in Lyon after an overnight flight from Canada and a train ride from Paris. The hotel is right in front of the station, so we just crossed the street and rested our weary bones in the confort of the hotel. Nothing elaboarate - a comfortable bed to sleep on and a place to leave our luggage as we visited friends in the city and they city itself. Two days later we left by train, no problem as we were already in front of the station when we woke up. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was really big. Quiet room. Friendly reception staff. Location was very close to station (for our train the next day) but a clean and safe area. Also Rhone Express terminus very close to hotel. Ideal for a quick one night stay awaiting a train. Kettle with tea/coffee in room. Nice biscuits.

Only 1 lift working. Often waiting for a lift. Location not great for visiting main sights but we knew that as had visited Lyon before (picked for price and train proximity). 35 mins walk to old town. Tram train options are there but we did not use. We broke walk in bars. PXL and Malto were good for craft beer.

We booked a triple room which was spacious. The location of the hotel is just a few minutes walk to the station and the mall. The breakfast was good, with many choices and enough tables to welcome the guests. Also, the parking was safe, it is underground parking which has an extra pay, but worth it. You can access the parking directly from the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a short stay in Lyon.

Of two lifts available only one was working when we arrived. When we were leaving the next morning neither of the lifts were working. Three heavy suitcases needed to go down three sets of stairs. Fortunately a staff member, Patricia, arranged luggage to be brought down using the service elevator. Thank you Patricia.

A very comfortable budget hotel. The location can't be more convenient.

The cleaning staff was a bit too eager to do their work:) It occurred a couple of times that my room was made up despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

The bad thing was: someone opened my door twice at 8 am. The first time, someone knocked shortly and used a card to open my door. I said who are you, she said sorry and closed. About 15 mins later, again!!!!!!! It might be housekeeping, but why twice????? And it was just 8 o'clock in the morning !!!!!
