I absolutely loved my stay here. Staff was very friendly, room was really clean and very welcoming, but my favorite thing was the heated pool they have on the ground floor. It was weekend and a bit after hours but I was still allowed to use it, which was great after a day of getting overheated in the car 🥰 would definitely recommend this hotel, they even have a washer area you can use! I'll stay here again in the future if my travels require it.

The room was very warm, I opened the window but that didn't help much unfortunately. But they don't advertise airco so that's not a thing that should be complained about imo.

Close to airport and family members. Close to bus stops. Room was a decent size and bed was comfortable. Shower had high pressure Cot was provided

Construction work right out that started early in the morning. Lots of banging and drilling. Sofa bed was lumpy and very squeaky. No air con so room was around 27° during the night (had a young baby) No restaurant for meals (there were venting machines) Nets had holes and stains

Close to airport, close to bus station, has swimming pool and small kitchenette. Tram not close by but accessible by bus.

Could improve on having more kitchen utensils eg kitchen scissors, knives, more plates, forks, spoons. Limited restaurants closeby.

Some of the reviews were not so great so I was a bit concerned it it was actually very nice for a apart hotel. Pool was very very clean. Gym was very well equipped, the staff were very pleasant the beddings were very comfortable.

Had to pay €12 each day for breakfast.

Perfect location, easy to find. We arrived late but the gent on reception couldn't have been friendlier or more accomodating. Customer service and charm was a credit to the hotel. Gym and pool a lovely touch, and room facilities excellent and pristine. Will def stay again next time we are in the Bordeaux area.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. The "studio" was functional, but the "apartment" was very spacious.

I wish the gym closed later. Parking lot was often full and spots are fairly small.

Due to traveling at night we were to arrive at an unconventional time, which is exactly why this hotel is a great fit. They have 24/7 check-in facilitation and the clerk even offered to let us sleep in due to the late arrival.

Great location for the airport. No restaurant on site but excellent one in the leisure complex 3 mins walk away. Big room. Bed ok.

Staff weren’t over friendly or helpful but they probably see 100’s of one night stays.

The receptionist were of a great help. Easy check-in and the room was spacious for a family of 5 with 3 kids under 9.

On a hotel standards, although it’s a budget hotel but they really need to replace the old carpets and sofa bed with the new one.

Nice staff. Clean and quiet room. Good breakfast.

Just sad that I had to walk until outside the property perimeter, to dump our bedroom dustbin in a garbage skip. Lucky the weather was nice.
