Location was great, just a few steps away from the railway station and a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Very handy to have kettle and fridge in the kitchenette (although I didn't cook while I was there) and access to a washer and dryer. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.

My room was ground floor on an inner courtyard which was lovely and quiet but a little on the dark side. While I didn't use the kitchenette much, it did not seem very well stocked. Things like only one water glass and one fork. I'm sure I could have asked for more if I needed and it's only a small point but it gave a poor impression.

Comfortable room with a kitchenette and a table. Very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Location right by the train station was perfect for us. The pillows were very small but we were able to get 2 extra by notifying the staff. Huge bathroom!!

Just a couple of small things. Short on some glassware and mugs. Need to replenish. Sometimes it took the automatic hallway lighting a few extra seconds to come on. Very dark otherwise.

A very good location for the train station, and the central square (Monoprix etc).

Avoid the front rooms as they are above the tram stop, and when each trams takes off it dings its bell. Also there can be a lot of people activity outside your window.

The room was freshly renovated and the beds really comfy. Good soundproofing and a great bathroom. Location is very handy for the center.

The breakfast is good, but almost industrially standard. Scrambled eggs from egg powder, processed cheese, lots of sugar.

The hotel is located in front of Montpellier Renfe Station . All staff are very friendly and helpful with smiles all the times. They were treated well and gave me a wonderful time. Hotel has a patio where can relax . I will be there if I am going to have a chance to visit near future. Thank you for all.

Great location.

Room and building a bit dated and dull. stains on carpet. grey. Also we were told carpark we get a car park discount T the Gare car Park but they didn't tell us we had to park on a particular floor, so we had to pay full price!

The staff was extra accommodating. When we asked to change the room to two separate beds, they did.

It was too warm in the room. The AC was not powerful enough to cool the room, and outside it was only 25C during the day, 20C at night.

Location is great, just right across the train station, room is spacious, there's bathtub, kitchen. There's also a centre courtyard for you to relax. Would stay here again.

..Everything the staff were so helpful...my room was amazing everything you could need..right in the city centre 2 mins walk from the train station...would highly recommend it for a stay in the Beautiful City of Montpellier.
