The location is excellent, and having parking onsite is vital in the old town. Staff kindly gave us ice from the bar to take to our room.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic - too many people trying to serve themselves in limited space, and the fresh orange squeezer broke down three times! It made a queue build up, with the poor waitress running back and forth to fix it.

Location. Stumbling distance to the main plaza with a ton of activity. Also to the side streets coming off of the main square, also buzzing with activity. Staff. Super friendly. Breakfast. Nothing fancy, just straightforward.

Location. Not the actual location, which is fantastic. But there are two other IBIS nearby so absolutely make sure you note the address of this hotel and put that into your GPS. Don't trust Google to find it. We ended up visiting both other IBIS before we found the right one. While close on the map, they are actually quite far apart by car. Noise. It was a bit too noisy in the wee hours of the morning.

We were too tired when we got there to go out for dinner so just went downstairs to the lobby/breakfast area and had their dinner. I was afraid when I saw that it was bowls of food to be microwaved. BUT~ They were glass bowls and because it is France, the food was excellent. We had a 3 course meal in our pajamas for 15 euro each. Steal of a deal~! The breakfast was very good.

I always say in the review people should list their age and pants size! For a 40 year old normal size person, this was a great stay. For those of us a little chubby and over 65, it was a bit inconvenient. But not enough not to stay here again.

The staff were very kind and friendly and communicated well. The breakfast selection is average, but the juices are fresh.

The location is good, but if you are driving, you need to pay extra attention to the way to the hotel as navigation can often go wrong. Because it is an old city and there are not many parking spaces, it is best to book a hotel parking space. Our room was on the first floor, so noise from the road was often heard. No vegetables for breakfast.

staff wasnt polite, 2 times maids tried to enter and clean our room earlier when we had 3 hours to check out and we told them , food could be better, rooms and some facilities were really old, in the swimming pool, there was broken ligthining floori g with cable, when you enter pool the titiles in that plate were moving, very dangerous for children and adults. This is rather poor 3 star hotel

The room was spacious enough and the toilet was also larger then the norm. Breakfast was excellent but the French bread was very tough/chewy and not I would say indicative of the usual standard, additionally there was no toaster.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. I liked that tea, coffee and water were available 24/7. Fantastic location in Montpellier close to Place de Comedie, the old town and the railway station.

My work colleagues with rooms facing the street were regularly woken up by rubbish lorries in the street early in the morning. Probably nothing can be done about this.

The hotel was excellent. We stayed over the weekend and our room was facing the street and it got a little noisy at night as there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby open till late but never too loud to keep you awake all night. But a friend whose room was facing the courtyard says her room was very quiet :)

There was no drinking water in the room. They serve raw eggs for breakfast and you have to wait for them to cook.

Fantastic location on the edge of the old town and just a few minutes walk from train station, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Only a few small things. Breakfast could have had more variety over the 4 mornings but it was fresh and plentiful. CNN was the only English speaking TV channel. The movie channel (ENG) seemed to have every language except English! Not a problem for an overnight but would have been nice for the longer stay.
