Ideal location—a 5-minute walk from the train station (which Google Maps got wrong first time around, actually; why, I wonder?). Pleasant young woman at front desk for check-in at 23.00, and another pleasant young woman in the morning. Rooms at Ibis are always spare and minimal (that's how they keep their costs down), but this had everything a one-night traveler could need. Quiet, very light room overlooking the avenue, and very easy to get to public transport.

The wifi triggered a "warning" from my computer; not sure why that was.

Great location directly next to the train station and EuroVelo 6, the area felt calm and safe. Staff were very helpful. Free bike parking in the locked bike garage next to the train station was available. Very small, but fine room.

Guests going to and from their rooms could be heard from the corridor, but this got somewhat better after around 11 pm. No hairdryer in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but not great, with a rather limited selection.

Cleanliness and good staff!

We find it not easy to find the parking! We Googled the address and found that impossible to drive in 😅 we need to study how to get to the and stopped somewhere to ask the staff about where to park. The parking entrance is actually the station parking on the -1st floor and that’s really not easy to find! We hope ibis could advise us much earlier about this (this was a waste of our 1/2 hr!).

For a budget hotel, it was great. Reception staff helpful, room basic, small but all you need for a night. Location great and only 5 minutes from the main area. Parking for check in and then at the underground carpark very easy. At check-in we were told a band was playing in the bar and it would be loud until 11pm. It was and it disturbed our ability to sleep but I appreciated the honesty. A music festival was on in the town that night and everywhere was incredibly noisy so it was a small inconvenience.

Very little. It's a high quality budget hotel it that makes sense.

we let reception know we were departing very early ( 5 am) and the receptionist told us where to leave the key but failed to mention the main door would be locked & there was a separate area to exit …. we spent a few anxious minutes thinking we would miss our train!

Location is excellent (especially if you travel often with the trains). Mulhouse center is near (~10min walk). Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was cleaned every day even on 31st Dec and 1st Jan :). The petit dejeneur ("little" breakfast) was very good and tasty.

Only one towel - expected two (one for face and one for body). Not much vegan options for breakfast

My fourth visit to this hotel. Good value, clean and great location for exploring the town. Staff are helpful. Dog friendly.

The parking is now in an underground garage nearby and costs an extra 8 Euros. If you are travelling with lots of luggage, children, or in my case dogs, it is a bit of a challenge to get from your car back to the hotel. The breakfast is on the expensive side for the quality.

It's an Ibis. You know what you are going to get. Cheap rates, basic accommodation. Always clean. Good location for exploring Mulhouse as it is very central.

It was EXTREMELY difficult to find the parking, which turns out to be the station car park underground. It didn't help that there is a new temporary access due to disruptions. More hep from the staff or web could have helped, such as, "follow directions to station parking and bring your ticket for validation."

Very convenient location, just a few minutes from the train station. Getting to nearby cities like Colmar, Basel or Strasbourg went smoothly. Everything was clean & tidy.

No hairdryer in the room (available at the reception desk with an additional cost). It was a bit cold in the room. Let us know only few hours before check-in that the payment can be made only with credit card.

The bathroom

No towel for the floor in the bathroom. We are with 2 adults and a child, but never we were given te extra attention to get an extra towel. Every time we have to get it ourselves. The reception should be more thoughtful. But this is the case in every hotel. The noise in the corridor. A snorring sound of a machine. Especially noticed and annoying while sleeping. Could not sleep because of it. So no rest.
