It was wonderful accommodation, warm hospitality, kind touches with presented sweets,cookies, for wonderful greetings at the reception and during breakfast. We really felt like we were in a family circle, which is missing in today's smartphone life. Additionally every minute of our stay was refined by high-level of service and customer-oriented approach, which Team of Berti Hotel demonstrated perfectly. This definitely was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in traveling to more than 40 countries. It is a great value that care and perfect service created an atmosphere of magic Christmas celebration and relaxe during our vacation. And it was magnificent actions of Berti Hotel team and they created a great Christmas fairy tale. This is very valuable and unforgettable. We really appreciate it. I hope there will be another opportunity to return soon. This hotel and Team deserve 20 stars !!!

The hotel is only a few minutes, easy walk from the railway station and an easy walk to the town centre too. It was a perfect location for us. The breakfast was good. The first time we stayed, we had a larger room, which allowed us to spread out our luggage a little more than the second time, with a smaller room. However, as we were only staying for one night each time, it did not matter too much.

We would have preferred a kettle to be available, so that we could make a proper cup of tea and for there to have been two large cups, instead of only one. There was a coffee machine with pods but no decaffeinated coffee. Using the machine to produce hot water for tea does not make a proper cup of British tea!

Excellent location, close to the train station and the Centre, situated on a quiet street. A welcoming and beautifully decorated building. Very clean and bright room with the most comfortable bed, equipped with everything you need, even the coffee maker. We were greeted with small gifts, and the staff was particularly friendly and kind. Very good breakfast varied and quality. This accommodation exceeded all our expectations! Wished I could've stay longer. I would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect, I have nothing to complain about.

The lady at the reception was very friendly. She allowed me to practise my French as far as I could go and then spoke English with me when I got stuck. The hotel building is old but in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. The room was fine, the bed comfortable. As the hotel is located at the edge of the historical city centre, shops, restaurants, cafés etc were all in walking distance. There's a canal nearby which is nice for a walk. We found a parking space on the street directly in front of the hotel. Although the hotel is in the city centre, the location was very quiet. The breakfast was fine.

Our stay at Berti hotel was like a second honeymoon. Everything was exceptional. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and fresh products.Location great, near the train station and the city center. Very good connection with Colmar, Strasbourg and Basel.Hope to return here soon and bring our friends with us. Great vacation!

I wish we had more days to enjoy the great hospitality and beautiful surroundigs.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. She came out to show where to park our motorcycles within the grounds of the hotel. The hotel and the rooms were clean, we asked for 2 rooms close together and this was accommodated. As we were leaving early we opted not to have breakfast on this occasion. When we left the following morning the receptionist helped my wife with her bags and waved us off. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we were in the area.

The property is easy to get to and safe, just enough away from the center of town that it is quiet and relaxing. There was some construction and renovation going on outside but it was not at all intrusive or disturbing. The interior of the hotel is cool and quirky; my room was spacious and well laid out, very comfortable, and spotless. The staff were all so kind and friendly and helpful.

No complaints whatsoever. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff is really friendly in a natural way. We enjoyed the breakfast, with omelette, bacon, tomatoes, cheeses, croissants and much more. It had something for everyone. The staff welcomes you and serves the coffee which is a nice gesture. The hotel is close to the center - 10 minutes walk. Also, parking on the street is really cheap through the Birdflow app.

The bathroom door doesn’t close completely - it’s more like a paravan which allows every smell or noise in the bathroom to reach into the room. The coffee is not strong at all.

This is a perfect choice for a couple. It is suitable for long or short period. The rooms are clean and confortable, staff were very nice and hospitable. Also, we apreciated that was quiet and we slept very well. Excellent services.

The breakfast was really great and I liked a lot the available of the staff. I booked the biggest room of the hotel because the price was really affordable and it was really really awesome. If I will come back there in mulhouse, I will definitely visit again the hotel

The only thing that we noticed in the room was that the bathroom was the coldest part of the room but other than that, nothing else to say because the room was great, the building was great and the picture on google doesn't render very well how much it look beatiful
