Right in the heart of the city, this hotel is like a home to us. It has been my choice before and this time was no different. Rooms are big enough for two. Hot water. Kettle. TV. Hair dryer. Always a smiling bonjour heard from the staff. They are all very kind.

I wish there was a small fridge in the Room but that is not a big problem

Great location close to Mulhouse station and the tram links into the center of town. Great value as well

The hotel is not that modern, though I think that’s reflected well in the price as everything else was great and as expected

The hotel is very nice, clean and its location is perfect, near to the center, restaurants and to the old quarter of Mulhouse. The room wasn't big but it was enough, the facilities of the room were great.

We have ordered a cot for our kid and it was confirmed upon arrival but when we came, they told us that they didn't have it. Instead, they have arranged us a mattress for our kid and it was ok. There is no mini bar.

Great location and convenient for the station, it’s a quick 5 minutes walk away.

It was definitely a big plus for the size of the room we had (family of 3) plus the aircon in the room.

A big size bathroom with seperate toilet but the problem was the shower. It has no shower curtain. Can get a bit wet bathroom floor after shower. Getting to the hotel can be tricky using our car navigation. Best bet is to use your Google map.

Location was perfect, near everything. The hotel was quiet and clean, breakfast was basic but enough. We had a triple room and it could have been spacier but it was ok. Oveall, a very comfortable place to stay. Public parking space all around the hotel for a fee, but always available.

As is common in France, their english was moderate. Besides, I really don't understand how it is possible for a hotel, which claims to have 24h reception, to close it's doors from noon till 15.30 and after 23.00 hours in the evening. It is even not possible to check in or at least leave your luggage at that hour. Really inconvenient.

Excellent location in walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Clean room. Friendly staff.

There is a light in the entrance of the room, fitted with a movement sensor, that will switch on automatically in the middle of the night if you want to go the toilets: Ok if you are alone, but terrible if you don't want to wake up your partner. The shower glass was not installed correctly so a lot of water went on the floor.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes to the train station and the same amount to the main square. Hotel very clean, cleaned and towels changed daily. My room was very spacious with a balcony. Lots of storage space.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The quality/price ratio was definitely right, so I have nothing to criticize here.

Rooms were nicely decorated ,soundproofed with comfortable beds. We booked 5 rooms late the reception person was waiting for us .The check in was smooth and quick late night .thanks to the night time reception person
