ROOM was spacious and the BEDS were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and had an old-time charm. BREAKFAST was very good value for money. Everything was fresh. Staff very courteous and professional. Fact that breakfast was open till 11:00, allowed us to stay in bed longer and we did not have to do a mad rush on a holiday. LOCATION is perfect for exploring down-town. We will return there for sure. BAR was well stuffed and recommend it, if one has deep-pockets. Drinks were expensive but the ambience and the professional and friendly lady at the bar made it a very pleasant place to end the evening.

ROOM had disappointingly small windows as we were given a room ''under-the-roof''. I felt claustrophobic with such small windows. When we asked to change, we were told that because we booked through BOOKING.COM, this is what we get. No other room is available. Although, the hotel was not full at all. For this reason, I cannot give it 10 score.

Only stayed one night but Location to centre was good, clean room, comfortable bed.

Room at the back of property, over looking roof top quadrant. Only received One complementary bottle of water in our room when there was two of us. Very expensive drinks in the mini bar. Beware when driving into the underground garage, it’s a sharp downward slope as you enter the garage and it’s easy to catch the undercarriage of your car, which we did with our Mercedes E series. It’s secure though. Breakfast could do with a little more variety of items.

Interesting building, and nicely restored. Room was good, breakfast was okay, but no fresh orange juice (how hard is it to provide a bowl of oranges and a juicer?) Private Parking available for 10 Euros Short walk in to the old town.

Ground clearance tight on entering garage, but they had the sense to look at my car before giving me access. Bar was closed

location was perfect with parking. Car parking was extra which I was not aware of. We paid quite a lot for the room so thought the parking was included. So be aware that it’s extra €15 per night.

I had a quick question to ask but had to wait nearly 20 minutes with an ever growing queue of people behind me while the receptionist handled telephone calls. It was very frustrating although he did apologise for the wait. Perhaps 2 reception staff during the busy time would be a good idea.

This is an elegant hotel in a beautiful older building. The room was well appointed and comfortable with a beautiful marble bathroom. It is close to the old downtown and near a tram for visiting the automobile museum.

The parking is nearby but you do need to walk up the car ramp to exit the garage.

Not far from the train station, less than a 5-minute walk. The staff were incredibly kind, offering to make a fire in the fireplace when we walked in freezing cold. The hotel has a old style vibe which is pretty cool. Would stay here again.

Our room was very cold. The heating system didn’t work but they kindly offered us to switch since the hotel was not full.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of food and coffees etc. The hotel was very central yet quiet and opposite a pretty park. The decor of the hotel was exceptional - all done in the Art Deco style with great attention to detail.

Our room, although termed Queen size, could have been bigger. However the bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

The location of the property was excellent, just around the corner from the main square. Therewas a beautiful park directly opposite the main entrance. The hotel had a wonderful arte deco lobby with a beautiful bar which had great live piano music some evenings

My only complaint was that there was one young man on reception who was quite unpleasant, which was a shame because everybody else in the hotel were fantastic

Train station few blocks away. Old town one block away. Fabulous art deco hotel that was a joy and fun to stay in. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Bugatti car museum a must see, best in world. Hotel restaurant had good food with a great Korean barbeque restaurant steps away. Lobby charming with fireplace. Breakfast also good. They ran out of croissants one day and staff literally ran to bakery and brought some back still warm from oven. They spoiled us and raised the bar for other hotels to be judged.

Only thing we didn't like was leaving.

The art deco decor was lovely and the hotel is in a superb location for exploring Mulhouse. Breakfast was sufficient but not exceptional.

It was a special visit for myself and my husband and I had paid extra for an upgrade but the room was basic quite small and had no view. The underground parking was a bit of a lottery too.
