The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't even remember when anyone brought my suitcase upstairs, but they did. The building is quite old, but refurbished. It has big rooms with all the needed amenities. Breakfast was buffet style with everything we needed.

The neighbourhood is not the best and not near the city's attractions. Also Narbonne suffers from a bird overpopulation causing noise and filth in that area. We happened to be there when the local authorities tried to chase them away with fire crackers and BBguns until 11PM. Our car was covered in bird poo the next morning.

We arrived after a long car ride on a hot day and were welcomed by friendly staff who offered us early check in. The room was clean and cool, with space for our family and a great bathroom. We were close to everything we needed, with just a short walk to restaurants, a laundromat and the train station, as well as the beautiful old town areas of Narbonne. As we left early the next morning, the delightful staff put coffee in our hands and wished us a safe journey. Thank you!

Everything was just as we needed.

A cute hotel really close to the train station. We stayed in a double bed room with a private bathroom. Everything was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was a very peaceful environment. Our room was ready even before the official check-in time and we could leave our luggage at the reception after the check-out time.

What a nice, friendly & cosy place with super ambience... we could smell fresh Croissant & Coffy in the morning, we relaxed at the couch in the Rezeption area where it is possible to read interesting books about traveling in France, for example... We would love to come back, next time we are visiting beautiful Narbonne!

Will’s hotel had a nice atmosphere, located very near to the station and an easy walk tp bars and restaurants

Lack of private parking which would be a problem for longer stays since you would have to pay 9am to 6pm

Breakfast was great, fresh bread & pastries, room was simple and comfortable. Owners kind and helpful, as well as generally present throughout the day. Location next to station is useful and city centre is a 15 min walk away

Bathroom could use some small renovations but it was clean and functional

The reception and staff are very helpful. They helped carrying all our luggage to 3rd floor and kindly allowed us to use their dining area for our take away food from next door burger restaurant as it was closed to their closing time at 9.35pm.

Near the city center, less than 10 min walk. You can park easily in the same street or near (the parallel street is for free). We were in a rush and just stayed for a night but they were really nice and teh room was comfortable and tidy.

A family owned hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station. If I return to Narbonne, I will definitely stay there again.

The location made getting to and from stores, restaurants easy to do. I believe the name of the woman who helped us get checked in was named, Clair. She was wonderful and made us feel comfortable by providing pertinent information about the area. I would gladly stay there again.
