Room was bright, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of cereal, bread, croissants, pains au chocolat, ham, cheese, fruit, etc.

The hotel asks you to fill in an online pre-registration form in advance, which is suppoed to "save time at check-in". In fact it doesn't save any time, because the hotel makes you complete the whole form again by hand when you arrive. In my case this involved a long wait as there was a large group of foreign tourists in front of me wanting to change their reservations, change their rooms, get credit card refunds, pay in cash, etc etc., and there was only one person on duty at Reception. If the hotel really accepted their own online check-in form I could have avoided this wait. Also, there is a strange smell from the drains in Room 16.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is fine- a but of a walk to the seaside and the old town but close to the main station and in a more residential neighborhood that offered a good bakery, cheese monger and supermarket all within a 5min walk. Our room was small, although we had a luxury room with balcony and we were happy with that bit of extra space the balcony offered.

The photos in the hotel’s profile with tattoo girl in weird poses are really over the top. I guess they are trying to appeal to a hip wannabe influencer crowd but the fact is this is a solid, but uneventful mid-range hotel with quite basic decor. For example, our bathroom was badly designed with wash basin and tap that were hard to use.

Helpful and flexible staff; Room was a good size - ideal for travelling with 2 young children (although they had to share a double sofa bed). Bathroom and bedrooms were clean. Plenty of food and choice at breakfast. Location good - though a bit of a walk to the sea front (15-20 mins with kids). Free tea and coffee available mid-afternoon.

Space at breakfast was very squashed at a busy breakfast time. Bit of a walk from the tram stop. The lift is very small and would perhaps only fit a collapsible stroller. Not an issue for us but something for parents with youngsters to be aware of.

Very good location with shops and restaurants nearby, close to city center and with supermarket and pizza place just around the corner. You can get there within 40 minutes from the airport via tram and a short walk. Lady at the reception (24/7) was extremely nice and helpful. Room was nice and tidy, with all facilities you need. There's an AC which can warm up the room in winter and cool in summer. Huge double bed was comfy enough for us, we are used to high quality mattresses and pillows. There's a TV (with french stations only), a mini fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee supplied every day. Bathroom was nice and clean, shower a bit smaller but enough for slim people like us. I advise to bring your own bottled drinking water (1.5l for 0.25€ in nearby Carrefour), because the tap water smells a bit weird. Breakfast was great, many kinds of sweet pastry, toasts, ham and cheese, fruit, pancakes, yoghurt, nuts... everything you could wish for! View from the room is to the street which is not very busy, with the window/balcony closed it was quiet, you can only hear a scooter here and there.

Walls are pretty thin, you can hear guests in neighboring rooms and sounds from the staircase, but if they are not too loud, you can sleep well.

The hotel hassome strong points such as its proximity to the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. The breakfast option is impressive with a delicious and varied selection — worth including in your booking. Another highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace, offering a lovely view. The staff were always helpful and ready to assist with any needs.

Despite upgraded room, it was extremely cramped. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, and the shower was uncomfortably small. Furthermore, the lack of a shelf in the shower made it inconvenient to manage personal items.

1. Loved the hotel’s location in close proximity to the train station and main shopping street 2. Greatly appreciated the staff’s positive attitude and their openness to offer support. We were offered a map of the city and given indications for different transport options. Due to a very early flight we arrived very early at the hotel. Although the checkin was to be done at 2 PM they had our room ready at 11 AM so we could have some rest. On our last day we had a very early flight again and they prepared a very nice breakfast bag for myself and my husband which was most welcome. 3. We loved the excellent variety at breakfast: boiled eggs, croissants and pain au chocolat, crepes, cheese, ham, fresh orange juice, different jams… something to meet everyone’s taste. 4. Loved the roof terrace where you could have your coffee while enjoying tbe city view 5. Our room was impeccable. It was very clean and spacious and had its own terrace and decorated Christmas tree. For a Christmas lover such as myself that it magical.

Nothing to complain about. Absolutely fabulous!

The hotel was clean, tidy, and in a good location. The roof terrace was a bonus for the dry evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Patrick, who checked us in and Anastacia, who checked us out. The room was comfy. The room was serviced to a high level every day during our stay. Fridge in the room.

The shower was really, really small. No milk to have coffee in the room in the morning. Breakfast was chaotic (only had it once due to the chaos). One member of staff when in came to check out, which was busy on Friday morning (2 members of staff on reception every day before). We were given a bottle of water at check out, but none put in the room during our stay..

We have been for the second time at this hotel and we are sure it won't be the last. First, the location of the hotel, at a stone throw from the Jan Medecin Avenue and the main train station and at 15 min walking from the old town and the Promenade des Angles. The room and the bathroom are big enough, comfortable, clean and bright and also quiet. The staff from the reception were very responsive at our needs and I want to say a big " thank you , Karina ! ". I cannot tell anything about breakfast because the breakfast room was being repainted during our stay, and we didn't want to have breakfast in the room. However , they also offered coffee and croissants every morning for all the guests. Last, but not the least, it is a good price for what they offer.

The lack of a proper table in the room, it is only a narrow shelf under the TV set, and also the lack of a little fridge. But we could manage without them and this won't put us off to chose this hotel again.

The rooms are nice and clean. The rooms facing Rue Miron are noisier because of the traffic. Other rooms that face the backyard are totally calm. Everything is in walking distance but if you do not want to walk, you can take the tram or the train as well. There are shops and restaurants nearby. I can recommend Pizza Gemelli which is absolutely the best choice for mediterranian cousine. The breakfast is fine, there is even fresh orange juice. The staff does its work super well, they always have a smile and very polite. During check-out we got free water as well.

Unfortunately the showers in the superior rooms are very narrow. If you are a bit overweight, choose the standard rooms because they have bigger showers.

Everything was great! Breakfast was super rich, with options for everyone. The rooftop terrace was very nice, we had a nice time serving a hot drink there. The staff very profesional and polite, they also speak english very well. The last day we had an early flight and they let us serve breakfast at 5 30 am. Somebody came especially for us to open the restaurant. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very confortable. The location is near the city center and also is very close to the train station. We arrived early in the morning and could store the luggage for free. Every moment we felt very welcome. Best for the price!!!!!!!! We enjoyed our stay very much and would definetely reccomend this hotel to anyone!
