The location was perfect to discover Nice by foot. It was also very close to the main station that brings you in 20min to Monaco and other beautiful destinations. The decor was cute and the staff very friendly. We slept well since the beds were comfortable and there was an ac (really needed in the months of July/August). We enjoyed the beautifully decorated terrace.

The street was a bit loud at night. Breakfast was alright but for us not worth the price. Be prepared to walk stairs since there is no lift. But the staff helped us to carry our luggage.

The location was perfect - you are in a walking distance to everything and that was definitely the best part!! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The only problem is that most of the staff doesn't speak English so be prepared for that. The rooms have AC which is a big thing in France. I personally had nice views from my window. There are towels you can use to go to the beach.

There is no elevator so if you're living on the top floor it might be a challenge. I was ok walking up but of course elevator would've been more comfortable and bringing your luggage up and down is also not that easy in that regard. The cheapest single room is VERY small. Expect just a twin bed and a space to get to it. Nevertheless, it's cute. It was alright. Most of the staff doesn't speak English.

The decoration style is pretty! Our room had good curtains keeping out the morning light, and the voices from the street didn't carry much inside to our room. There was good, quite basic breakfast available (12€/person) in a nice breakfast room with a cozy roof terrace option. There is a grocery store Carrefour right next to the hotel. The tram lines 1 and 2 are both quite close, a couple of blocks away in different directions. It was also easy to walk to the city centre, old town, beach... And the train station was quite near as well (good connections to many cities on Riviera and beyond)!

Our room did not have very much shampoo (the small packages were not replenished during our stay). All of the staff members did not speak English, but luckily we could still understand each other enough.

My room was perfect for one person, but very comfortable bed, great air-conditioning. Good wifi and I used the roof terrace to do some work which was very pleasant. Nice neighbourhood, an easy walk to the beach or shops. Also a short walk to tram to the airport.

The room was generally clean, but corners were dusty and dirty. There is no lift. The reception was mostly unattended - I personally did not have much need for them but I do not know who I could've spoken to if I had a problem.

The hotel is located not far from center around 15 min walk so keep this in mind. If you are looking for relatively central and quiet neighbourhood, than this is your place. For the price, i have paid , it is definitely a good deal. The room is very clean and has all needed facilities.

Takes a bit of walk to the center everytime

We were in Nice for almost a week and this hotel was a good base for us. It was close to the tram and train station, as well as to the center of town and the beaches. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The hotel has a nice terrace to spend time in when it's opened. We spent some time there reading books and eating snacks. The staff was quick to respond to our needs - our toilet had an issue and they fixed it quickly.

The walls are quite thin. We could clearly hear other visitors outside our door and through the walls. The room was also quite small, but most of the time was spent outside anyway.

I really enjoyed the interior design, very cosy and personalised room. Nice having a little side-table to eat dinner at. Very nice staff, felt very welcomed by Alex when checking in. Nice lady having the breakfast, very helpful despite the language barrier. Nice work

Unfortunately they didn’t use a real duvet but instead one of those reusable blankets, they are normally quite unsanitary, especially for us who move a lot during our sleep and might end up kicking down the actual linens…. Had they had normal duvets I would have lovet it. Also perhaps would have wished for softer pillows? Ours were quite hard.

Fabulous hotel! Excellent location for easy 10-15 min walk to the Old Town, Promenade Anglais and beach, 20 - 25 Min walk to the Port area. 10 min walk to the main train station. Perfect location for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. Very friendly staff. Super comfortable bed, lovely shower. Extremely clean and excellent air conditioning system. Bed linen and towels changed everyday. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time as visit Nice. Can't fault this hotel at all.

Amazing location, 10 mins walk for the beach and main streets. There was AC. The room we had was pretty small but very cozy. The place felt very safe. We had shutters on our window and a great street view. There was a super market right beside the hotel which is very convenient. Come and go whenever you want. Amazing stay. The bed and sheets were super comfortable.

The door to our bathroom was a sliding door and see through, almost like window blinds. But other than that, it was great!
