Our trip here was a blast! Seriously, it's like they thought of everything. The room was a dream – spacious, super comfy, and oh-so-pretty, like something out of a magazine. The staff? Absolute stars. They were always around to help with a big smile, making us feel right at home. And the location was spot-on for exploring the city, so convenient. We could just step out and be in the heart of Paris. We loved lounging in the cozy common area too, just soaking in the vibe. It wasn't just a stay; it was a whole experience. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel was nice and peaceful. The breakfast each morning was nice - a little cheese board with jams and bread and pastries. The staff was very friendly. I dropped a ring and it rolled under the bed and the staff was sweet in coming up and helping us move it. Super accessible outlets, which was also nice.

Under the bed turned out to be a place I would've liked not to see, really... VERY dusty, as if it'd never been cleaned under before. But at the end of the day, not a huge deal.

1er Etage is a boutique hotel that offers an intimate experience. My partner and I stayed for 8 nights and were looked after like family. The property itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The location is good with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Buses and trains also service the area well. We walked to many Parisian attractions. Our favourite aspect of our stay were the staff who looked after us. They made the difference between a good stay and a great stay.

WiFi was slow at times and a bit unreliable, which was frustrating.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street We were sleeping in room 2 at the street and had no troubles. Its not crowded like the big hotels. Also very near to metro, Mont martre to start your tour. The room is Lovely, soft Towels, great bed. Breakfast is served in a classified room. To wrap up: cosy lovely hotel.

This place is amazing - the staff is so friendly and helpful, the Room and all common areas were so clean, I don’t remember the last time I felt as comfortable as home in a hotel. There is also something very French about the interior of the room that also made the experience that more enjoyable. The location is also great, the area is not super touristy which I liked. All in all 10/10 I will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to all my friends.

Great place, great breakfast. The dining room and the living room are great places to hang out. The staff is super nice.

I just hope next time when I put the sign "don't disturb" on my door that my room isn't been cleaned and towels aren't being changed. Bad for the environment! Other than that, it was perfect.

fantastic location. nice room . quiet. comfortable firm bed and bathroom. friendly staff at breakfast. entry with key code worked easily. useful local guide book and I liked the tote .

breakfast was ok, but we gave it a miss on 2nd day, even though we had already paid. it was a bit disappointing. staff are nice though. Dark bedroom but it was nice, we were out most of time so didn’t matter.

Loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again! It's such a great value in Paris! Room was large and staff was exceptional. They gave us a lot of great advice when we first arrived and were so sweet every morning when we came down for breakfast. The location is near multiple metro stops and the room was very quiet at night.

The building, the room, the common areas, the service, the location, everything is so adjusted to perfection; this place is so amazing and make you feel like home, something very difficult to find nowadays.

Everything was great. Good location, prompt communication with the hosts. Had big room (number 5) facing inner court so very quiet. Small snacks, tea, coffee, filtered water always available at the ground floor. Special thanks to maid Natalya for being helpful and nice.
