The location was perfect, near to a metro station 5'' by walk. The breakfast was very good ( banquet, cheese, soft cheese, brie, prosciutto, boiled eggs, omelettes, bacon or sausage, croissant, apple pie, chocolate croissant, dried fruits, pancakes, syrup, honey, lotus spread, nutella, marmelades, juices of very good quality and much more ). From 13-02 there was an open bar which was very nice . You can visit also other hotels of astoria and enjoy the open bar. The room was clean and the employees kind and helpful.

The wifi was not so strong

super comfortable bed, great shower pressure, nice toiletries, location is great (next to the metro and in a nice area in the 9th with good restaurants, coffee, shops, and close to Montmartre/pigalle without being sketchy or overcrowded). staff was nice, free drinks in the minibar refilled daily, snacks in the lobby. breakfast is alright, in line with a 3-star hotel, nothing amazing but alright. would have liked more gluten free options. all in all it was a nice stay and I would go back.

my room was in a quiet area and I slept very well the first 2 nights, but the last night there were more people on my floor and you could hear everything so that wasn’t good. I was awaken by people walking by in the morning. breakfast lacks more gluten free options (only rice cakes, would have been good to have more variety).

I really enjoyed my stay at Astotel. It’s a small, quaint hotel in a nice Parisian neighborhood located 5min walk from George subway station and 10 min walk from Pigalle. A beautiful short walk to Galleries Lafayette, Opera, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur and well connected by Metro lines to any other destination makes your trip to Paris. Wry comfortable. Staff is just great and very responsive. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. You have a mini bar with daily refreshments and afternoon snacks and coffee to compliment your stay. I would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

The people working there are extremely supportive and kind. They let you feel warm welcome. They gave me a big hand to organise the birthday surprise for my mother's jubilee. The location is great-quiet area among the crowded Montmartre and Central part of Paris. The Metro station is almost "next door" and we could easily reach any desired location. Breakfast there is just wonderful. During the day there is always a super good coffee, drinks, sweets and snacks at the reception. They were so appreciated by us after the great walking through the city.

- The room was a little outdated (bathroom door didn’t close properly, some paint might be needed etc), but it wasn’t that big of a problem - The room was really small but again, it wasn’t a big problem for us

The staff is fabulous, my daughter actually left her watch in the room and they called us to say they had food a watch and held it till I could return a week later. They are always helpful and friendly. As of the end of Jan 23 there was some reconstruction on the 2nd floor however it did not bother us at all, the elevator was working and we heard nothing. There was plenty of hot water and the room was quiet. We had a family room and it felt very easy with my daughter. The breakfast is fabulous.

It needs a bit of upgrading but they are in the process so there is nothing to comment on.

Very charming room. I loved the airiness and brightness. Points of interest are easily accessible from the hotel as it’s in the 9th Arrondisement. The layout of the room was perfect for my requirements. I’m delighted with the free mini bar in my room, and the free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks at reception in the afternoons. Breakfast was very substantial. They gave me an additional hour’s extension for check-out free of charge. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Paris.

Second time I am staying at Hotel George, I chose to come back for a number of reasons; it feels safe and is in a safe location for a single female traveller. Excellent communication with metro just one minute walk down the road, Many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Excellent location close to Montmartre. Most of all I find it to be a friendly and welcoming hotel, nice and clean and safe. A breakfast buffet, not huge, but with everything one needs, also a nice open bar in the afternoon/ evening with non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Not a superbig hotel which also is nice (not too many people at breakfast so it feels personal). Nice and friendly staff and clean. The also have an offer so as a guest you can go to any other Astotel hotel in Paris and enjoy their open bars. Great if you are out walking about and need a rest, a drink or to use a nice washroom.

We loved the location as we were exploring Paris and the bus was right outside the door. Restaurants and cafes close by. Breakfast was a good selection and a great start to the day. We stayed in a triple room with our daughter and it had a balcony so felt spacious, also very quiet and very clean. Antoine on reception was always helpful and friendly.

The stairs to the room were a bit steep after a day walking around Paris but good exercise!

Great location, fantastic helpful staff, loved the snack bar and free soft drinks in the mini bar in your room. The metro is a 2 minute walk away so very easy to get to all the sights quickly. Moulin Rouge is a 6 minute walk, we went to the 11.30pm show and still felt safe (as 2 woman) walking back at 1.30am. Breakfast plentiful - continental only but plenty of choice for cheeses, ham, bread and pastries.

The bathroom was quite dated and chipped, the shower head didn't stay up in the holder so you had to hold it to have a shower which isn't ideal for washing hair etc. Also lots of stairs in small stairways which can be a struggle after a full day of walking and sightseeing!!
