The hotel was in a great location and I could walk to most of the main sites. The staff were very helpful at check-in and when my room key broke. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels every day.

There was no kettle in the room, which would have been good to have.

The rooms were clean and for Paris - quite big including the shower (I assume each room has different sizes).

Upon arrival, our rooms were located on different floors (although we received the hotels authorization upfront that our room will be next to each other) and we had to insist again and again with the receptionist to give us the rooms we requested. The receptionist was eventually helpful and polite though the manager lady could have been more patient. The elevator only fits two people. Hotel was far from Kosher coffee shops and restaurants and the ones that were around, only open towards noon so we had to take a taxi to get to the kosher restaurants.

The breakfast was good. Location was great - near to metro links Rooms were quite spacious, comfortable with air conditioning. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

The bar was closed. The fridge in our room was not working and when we reported it staff did not seem surprised- this spoiled things a bit although staff very kindly put our things in the fridge downstairs. As any city it can be noisy at night sometimes- use earplugs.

Room was clean and modern. Aircon worked well. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure and temp. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Great location, we walked everywhere, local eating, cafes, restaurants and drinking were consistently excellent, varied and vibrant.

minor issues with the rooms. 1. Could not unlock the safe in one room, but used the other. 2. Neither bathroom door locks worked 3. Shelf under mirror in the bathroom was not level, so items kept sliding off. 4. Street facing rooms were not quiet. We were disturbed by mopeheads and police sirens most nights. Friday night was particularly noisy. We were also disturbed by constant movement of guests in the room above us.

The staff is wonderful. They are welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect - between 2 Metro stops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed here the last time we were in Paris and loved it, so we came back

It can get noisy at night with the activity at the bars and restaurants. There are a lot of motorcycles and scooters in Paris, and they can be loud. When the windows are closed, you don't hear it. But we liked to have the windows open

Great location. Close to Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge, close enough to transit to see other sites in Paris. Safe neighborhood with good food options. Room was large and well maintained, and very comfortable.

A bit pricey for our stay. Housekeeping was very insistent in the mornings and knocked several times before leaving us alone in the room.

Location was great, size of the room for central Paris amazing, and lovely members of staff. Because of how old buildings in central Paris are, frequently rooms can have a mouldy smell and feel very dated but this room felt relatively newly renovated and modern.

I cannot say there was something I felt unhappy with. Small issues here and there can always happen but the hotel staff were always very keen to help and resolve things.

I like the connecting rooms for us who travels in groups. I love the toilet/shower room. It is clean. The nespresso machine is convenient and we love it. the elevator too is a good thing since most of the buildings doesn't have elevator. Location is perfect! If ever I will go back to defo I will stay here again.

The staff are sooooooooo nice! They are super nice to me when I requested if I could check out late due to an unforeseen situation. They were kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate their consideration. On top of that the service was great as well. I had a wonderful time here.

A very warm welcome and an extremely clean smell was a good start. Everything explained in detail and shown to our room on 4th floor in a small but efficient lift. The room exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Each of the 5 days was the same. Fresh towels and floors washed. The staff, particularly reception were the best we've experienced anywhere in the world. To sum up.....perfect.
