Came to Paris for the first time and had a good 4-night stay here. The hotel was located in the heart of Le Marais, a great area in Paris with tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Metro was also close by which we used several times. The rooms had good AC and comfy beds. The hotel entrance area/common spaces were decorated nicely and made you feel like you were staying at a boutique, elevated hotel.

The hotel did not have a bar - we went to get a drink in what appeared to be the bar but they were unable to serve us. Secondly, our room was left without towels - they offered us robes because they told us they were out of towels (but we needed towels to shower). Rooms were on the small side.

the amenities were terrific, lovely soaps, a mini bar should you need it, so a fridge to store things like chocolates or tomorrows eclair. the shower was awesome and nice pressure. Cappuccino machine in room, internet included, we got a room upgrade not sure why but sure appreciated it, but the hotel was just lovely, and the staff helpful, so kind and friendly, it was just a lovely stay all around and would book it again in an instant, and will recommend it to to our friends.

We did not find anything to really complain about. Anything we needed was addressed quickly and completely, so no there was not really anything we did not like.

We were upgraded which was lovely. The club room we had was large and comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fantastic and the separate WC and shower gave us privacy which was welcome. The communal areas downstairs were very classy although we spent all our time in the room or out in Le Marais. The location of the hotel is fantastic and surprisingly quiet despite all the people outside on the street. The staff were discreet and polite. We loved it.

The hotel has a nice, elegant decoration. Its location is perfect, with lots of restaurants, shops and metro stations around. You can walk to Hotel de Ville, Louvre, Seine, Place des Vosges etc. The Staff was also very friendly.

The hotel is badly soundproofed. If you are a light sleeper you might have a problem. For the price and category of the hotel, I expected to be offered at least a water bottle every night. I just got one bottle in the day of my check in. Also wished to have more amenities in my bedroom. The bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap etc) werent changed for new ones. The cleaning could be also better. The bench of the vanity was dirty with some make up from the previously guest.

We just LOVED everything about the Hotel ! The staff were just fantastic and very helpful. The decor was beautiful. The breakfast was great and in another beautiful setting. It was also in a great location. We will only EVER stay at 9Confidentiel , when we are in Paris now. Thank you so much.

The only complaint would be from guests slamming their doors upon entry/exit to their rooms

The hotel is in a great location. The room had plenty of space and the furniture was in excellent condition. Great water pressure and shower. The hotel has modern thermal windows that keep it comfortable and quiet. Even though we went in July, with record highs, the room’s Air conditioning didn’t struggle to keep us cool day and night. The hotel interior is well decorated and the staff are awesome.

because it is I. such a popular area it can be a bit noisy in the summer until the crowds die down around 23:00.

location was perfect and it was designed well and with a great air conditioning for a hot time in Paris. this is unusual for most of the hotels and businesses in Paris

Excellent location and perfect design. The communal areas and rooms are incredibly pretty. Very comfortable bed. Everything looks relatively new. Polite reception staff.

Cleanliness of the room could be better - bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Coffee capsules in the room come with an additional charge, which is surprising for a 4* hotel. Our room was not cleaned on the second day - when we asked about it we were told they probably forgot to do it. We had to ask for additional shower gel, shampoo and toilet rolls at reception. There are details that definitely need to be improved to justify the relatively high price of the room nights.

nothing much. we could n’t find info in the room about how the safe works or the telephone number for reception and room service so had to go down a couple of times to ask (sorry if we missed it).

Heat was not turned on from central control facility on day 1 until we complained room was freezing. Toiletries were missing on day 1 even though hotel knew we were checking in at 3 pm. This should not happen for a $500 a night hotel.
