Location in La Maria is a great area to stay! Bedroom was ‘not’ small for Paris and was modern and we felt comfortable, lovely bathroom with a bath to soak in after a hard day exploring! Quiet to sleep and our two single beds were very comfortable! Reception staff all so lovely and classy people especially Bridgette! We felt safe and so happy we chose right for this Hotel and area! Many cafes, restaurants, Patisseries and shops! Loved walking the laneways and streets . Easy walking to the Sienna and Métro of De Ville! Will definitely go back ! Laundromat in street and a grocery store behind it!

What a funky little hotel nestled in the heard of Paris. The staff could not have been nicer and would put up with my attempts to speak French and the location was amazing! Walking distance of the Louvre, the Seine, Notre Dame, tons of cafes, etc. Every question I had the staff answered and when I came back for one night to catch my flight home, they were excited that I had returned.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like was that the shower was a little easy to spill water all over the bathroom floor. It was small, which was fine, just that the curtain was easy to accidentally bump so that the shower was spraying water into the bathroom. Other than that, loved the place!

We liked the location and we've purchased this hotel because of the area. It is safe at any time of the night, endless amount & choice of food & drink offers around serving till late. Close to Notre Dame and all transport. Staff were very kind and inclusive, very helpful and we felt looked after. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Managed to relax and recharge. Surrounded by history just in a walking distance. In one day we've visited Notre Dame area, visited Sainte Chapelle, Jardin du Luxembourg, Louvre, went to Tour Eiffel - all by foot from our hotel, and even managed to get back taking a boat ride. Great choice of various food types in the vicinity of the hotel and a lovely cafe with amazing pastries just opposite.

Very centrally located in Le Marais and close to public transport, restaurants, sights. Walking distance from Ile de la Cite and all other sights to discover in Paris. Very quiet room with 2 separate comfortable beds. Large bathroom with comfortable shower. No street noise! Decent size room for Paris standards with two windows.

Wifi poor connection and slow. Price per night still considerable. Breakfast available at extra tariff, of which we did not make use. Keys to be left at front desk whenever leaving the hotel. Took a bit of effort to get a formal receipt from front desk for declaration purposes.

Top location in the Marais yet quiet room at the back. Nice size bathroom, comfy bed and all very clean. Friendly front desk. Lift was appreciated. We learnt how to use the bus stop round the corner for getting to Louvre Musee d’orsay and Gare Montparnasse with ease. Lots to do and see within walking distance.

Could use a few extra items such as a blanket ( luckily it was warm) and don’t love paper cups but these were small things.

We had a room facing the courtyard. Is was very small and dark, which was not a problem for us. We were in Paris during a very hot week, so we were happy that no direkt sunlight entered our room. The rooms do not have AC. Fortunately the hotel provided a fan. This helped a lot. The location is very convenient. The Metro station Hotel Ville (line 1) is very close and the Quartier Marais is very lively with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was very nice and the rooms are very clean.

The courtyard is not very nice to look at. Pigeons nest on the windowsills of the other apartment buildings and there is dirt. The courtyard is more quiet than the street however it echos a lot and in one apartment building there is a kitchen so you can here kitchen noise and smell.

Excellent location, near many restaurants and public transport. Female staff at the counter were very helpful and friendly. Eg one offered me cold water when the ice machine was not ready as it was a very hot day. Another also tried her best to find another fan for me when the previous one was somewhat spoilt (could not increase the fan speed above 1).

There was once another customer spoke very loudly near the window and everyone could hear her conversation at 2am. Hotel was also unable to call a taxi for me when I checked out, even though another staff had previously told me it would take 5 mins.

Friendly receptionists, room was changed while i was out during the day so there were fresh bed linen, towels, changed bins when i got back in the evening. No issues with the toilet, shower in the room. The room was at the back (4th floor), not street facing so it was quiet in the evening. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The location for the price was great. Although there's no breakfast offered, there's cafes/restaurants for breakfast 2 minutes away. Supermarket is really close by too as well as the metro. Would definitely use this hotel again if I come back to Paris

When I checked in, the room wasn't ready, in terms of the bins, linen and towels not being changed. Once i let the room attendant know, they were done when I came back from my sightseeing during the day, and they were done for the remaining days I was there when I was out of the room during the day. There's no ceiling light, the only lights came from the three lampshades (2 small, 1 large) in the room, and the natural light from the window which is a bit far away from the main part of the room. Wasn't a big deal for me, just something to point out as there's people particular about such things

Location was fantastic and the near cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Spoke English and were very patient and relaxed while I tried to speak my awful beginner French. Very friendly

The hotel was lovely, not much I didn't like. The floor in my room where a bit dirty and oddly wet in places. But otherwise nice

Incredible location. My room was in the back so lovely and quiet - there is a noisy bar opposite so I was grateful (and next time I stay I’ll ask for a back facing room again). The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff, I met three of them over two days and all went above and beyond to help me sort out replacement gadget chargers, order taxis etc.

It’s a 3 start hotel so of course some aspects are a little tired but my room was clean, quiet and comfortable, the shower was nice, I had tea making facilities - nothing bad to say about it.
