Location of the apartment is fabulous. Within the heart of the Marais it is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a boulangerie right across the street and if needed a Monoprix a very short walk away. The instructions to enter the apartment were concise and accurate and we had no trouble accessing the building. Yes we had three flights of narrow stairs but we expected that in Paris and apart form taking up the luggage initially it was not a problem for us. We had a couple of issues but they were addressed promptly by Checkmyguest and the host. There is some street noise but the windows are double glazed and I always travel with earplugs regardless! Would highly recommend this property for a short term stay.

I had in my confirmation description that this apartment had air conditioning which wasn't the case. This was probably not the fault of the property but more so incorrect on the Booking.com website. Luckily the weather was mild and we opened the windows for fresh air. There was an iron but no ironing board.

The location was excellent. The room was beautiful and clean

The advertisement said that there would be an elevator. On site, there was no elevator present.

It is smaller than what the photos depict however it is Paris and most apartments are small. Pillows were more like flat cushions than pillows. 4 flights of narrow steps to get to the apartment. No dishwashing detergent or tea towels- minimal kitchen supplies to use.

Wonder location--every easy to go to all major attractions. Clear instruction was sent a day ahead of time. I collected the keys without problem. Updated apartment, the bed is really comfortable (not the sofa bed in the living room--which is expected). The host was pretty easy to reach--he sent someone to fix the coffee machine as soon as he was informed.

The hot water ran out quickly. After taking a cold shower for all three of us on a really chilly day, we were told that hot water had a reservoir--if water turns cold, we have to wait until it's heated up again. As a result, we have to space out our showers every night--sometimes my husband had to shower after midnight. Not sure it's a problem with all apartment in Paris. Not very quiet--we live on the 3rd floor, still woken up several times in the middle of the night. We had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Location. The two bathrooms. The bath. The big and fluffy towels! The extra duvet. The heaters in every room. I liked that they responded quickly. And the price is ok.

The pictures in the ad aren’t all from the the same apt, which is also way smaller in real life. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping. So 4 people is max! The dishwasher wasn’t emptied. We had to clean other people’s mess. We couldn’t find tablets for the dishwasher. There was not enough toilet paper. Although there was a decent solution offered- I don’t want to buy Toiletpaper on a short trip in paris. 4 floors lifting suitcases without help is a drag.

Ah, a treasure! We loved everything about this flat. We usually stay at another flat 2 mins away but tried here and glad we did! Everything you need, a ton of space to store your things, coffee maker, nice shower pressure and fast Wi-Fi. The view was beautiful. Access to everything, quiet streets, cafés, Will book here again without question.

The flat does need a new mattress, however. It’s broken in so both of us found it uncomfortable, .. manageable, but uncomfortable. Flat was missing a wine key.

The appartment was on the third floor with no lift. , there is no front desk and nobody can help with carrying the luggage, no place to leave the luggage after check out at 11:00. The room was a bit noisy.

This place is spectacularly located. The Marais streets attractively bustle all around. A short walk to the Seine and to many of Paris’s main attractions. The flat is a reasonable size for Paris (family of four- two older teenagers). The accommodation is charming and the provision of amenities are well thought out, making good use of available space.

it was a great stay, location was perfect next to many shops, restaurants, 5 minutes walk from metro station. the apartment was fully equipped with all required items, clean and staff were very friendly! I would definitely book it again for my next trip.

the only thing I didn’t like the noises from outside till 2 am! it was living in market

Very cozy stay, location is very nice, the apartment is equipped with pretty much everything you need! The property owners/managers are prompt, very helpful and courteous. Neighborhood has a lot of nice boutiques, shops and diners. Pretty close to notre dame.

No elevator. So you have to lift the luggage up to 2 floors.
