The check out staff was friendly. They held our luggage so we could do some more exploring before our train. There is a tiny elevator if stairs are difficult. It's easy to get to. The bed was comfortable.

The check in staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. We paid for breakfast, but was only given a basket of bread. The windows are not sound proof. You can hear all the outside noise so clearly that you might think your windows are open. If you're a light sleeper, I would not stay here. It was kind of strange to have to leave the room key at the desk everytime you leave the building, but it wasn't a huge issue. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower. There are no safety holds to prevent you from falling.

Fantastic location if you want to know Paris. In my case, I chose this Hotel because I wanted to experience the nightlife at Les Marais, and it was the best decision ever. You have the metro next to the door. Also, you can easily walk everywhere feeling safe, and most importantly, the people from the Hotel are always kind and ready to help you. Great cleaning services, which unfortunately is not always common in Paris. I had three wonderful nights there, so next time I won't hesitate to book again in Duo Hotel.

Well, the only thing I can share is about the body mirror. It is small and hasn't had great lighting, so if you want to see your outfit before going out, it may not help, especially at night. Still, it works.

Hello, I must mention the hotel positively. The staff is lovely. The people sitting at the reception always smile and help with everything. They helped me a lot with a problem I had that was not related to the hotel and all with a smile (especially an amazing girl whose name I forgot). The hotel is clean and tidy and pleasant to live in. The hotel is located in a strategic place of the Mara district and is accessible everywhere and is in the heart of everything. I have no doubt that I will return in the future and will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks.

This hotel is perfect for me. Location is excellent and reception stuff are not only kind, friendly but also very professional. The most favorite part is views from window from my room. We can feel atmosphere of Marais, PARIS with my whole body. smell and sound as well. Its's very Paris-ish. I think this is "STAY like LIVING." J'adore HOTEL DUO. MERCI BEAUCOUP.

The price is not expensive, but not reasonable. However, this is common issue for all hotels in Paris.

Hotel Duo is located on a pedestrian only street and just steps off the Hotel De Ville Metro stop. The rooms are small (paris style) but well appointed. The staff is great.

The hotel has a charm being in the Marais, but the only thing that I really dislike is the room key situation. You must drop off the key when you exit and pick it up on return to the hotel. It’s just an unnecessary hassle.

Loved the vibe. Modern hotel in fantastic location. We had a Junior suite for family of 4 and was amazing-pretty spacious, esp for Paris! Breakfast also delicious. Nothing too much trouble, loved the honesty bar! Location is the best, so central - 15 mins walk to Louvre, less than 10 to Notre Dame - and right next to a metro station. Couldn't have asked for more.

Nothing not to like

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and was served at your table. The rooms are modern and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The area also felt very safe.

The room was a little small but what I expected in the centre of a large city. I have no issues with the hotel and would happily stay there again.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for the metro. Breakfast was very good with an extremely lovely/helpful guy (sorry didn’t get his name). Room size was bigger than expected as I’ve read lots about small room sizes in Paris .

I never actually found the code for the wifi, not that I really needed it. The breakfast was good, but it was a little strange that you have to ask for everything at the table. I didn't really understand how it worked at first, you ask if you want eggs, you ask if you want fruits, etc.. Personally I prefer a buffet where one can chose himself. It was good though, no problem at all, food was nice.

Great location, very comfortable, wonderful staff. It was a business trip and everything was exactly as I needed. Honesty bar is a great idea. Loved the Nuxe toiletries. Perfect stay. It's just difficult to reconcile the prices in Paris right now versus the rest of Europe but I know this is not specific to this hotel. Will certainly return :-)
