Location of the hotel was amazing + the apartment itself was incredible (had a mini kitchen with everything needed, even a small diahwasher, microwave and even large fridge) + despite the busy street the room was super quiet

- One towel had a stain - even though it was washed I could not help wondering how thorough the wash was. - the mattress and pillows were too soft - for people preferring a soft bed it's not a problem but I wish more hotels in general would have a firmer mattress + pillow option.

Everything was perfect, the location, the staff, the room, the facilities. They thought about everything. The kitchen had every equipment you need. The metro is very close and you can get from there to every popular location in Paris. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is big. A lot of space was available. They also had nice decorations for Halloween.

Location was brilliant, 3 minutes away from metro station which make it 20-25 minutes away from Les Halles, Les Marais, Tour Eiffel, and Champs-Élysées. Also it is 30min. away from Orly and 45 min. away from CDG; both at rush hours by Uber. Studio was very clean, kitchenette was very equipped, bathroom was very good but without a ventilator!!!! Neighborhood was very safe, and quiet, with lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and patisseries everywhere, and some super markets are open 24/7.

Stuff needs to be more cooperative and friendly despite the fact that they are French :))) as they were very strict on check in/out times and their overall attitude wasn't that as touristic pros

We loved that we have kitchen that we can cook anything ourself. It was equiped with all the neccessery facilities. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. We had an iron in the room which was amazing and needed. The hotel is near the metro. The reception is 24/7.

We got only 2 capsulse for the coffee machine in the room for 9 days! And we had to buy ourselves. It is far away from the center of Paris.

This apartment hotel was a perfect base of operations for our week-long stay in Paris. Located conveniently (for us) on a quiet side street in the 12th Arrondissement, it was clean, well maintained, well furnished (the Murphy bed that neatly and easily folded up into a small sofa was surprisingly comfortable), and well supplied with kitchen essentials. Our 3rd floor room was small but by no means cramped — I've lived in NYC studios that were much less spacious and no more affordable ;-) — and it was one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We were there when temps in Paris were in the low 30s (upper 80s–low 90s F), but the AC worked perfectly well, despite the thermostat not being adjustable (set by city ordinance at 22° C — when that felt too cool, we simply turned it off for a while, and we kept it off whenever we went out, with the room never feeling more than just a bit stuffy when we got back).

No complaints — the only reason I wouldn't give this place a 10 overall is because I reserve that for real luxury, which this doesn't pretend to have.

Could have been a little more cleaner, and access to cleaning equipment for stays longer than four days.

Staff, location, and atmosphere are awesome. Very clean. Not loud. Franprix, Auchan supermarkets are nearby. We bought the food there and cooked in the apartment. French bakery, Metro station, and a bus stop are also 2 min walk from the hotel.

The toilet door lock was broken. For our family, that was not a problem , but for others, it could be a problem. The ceiling lamp was non functioning. Please replace the bulbs, guys. In the evening, we turned on all wall lamps, floor lamps, kitchen lamps, etc 😀 It looked kinda comfy. 😀

I liked the breakfast although vegetarians were not catered for. Location was great a 2 min walk to market, pharmacy and most important Metro and Bus. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Coffee machine was great. Had everything in a hotel I needed breakfast, elevators and AC for a reasonable price.

TV in room was all in French. Did not cater for English speaking foreigners. The two stations that were in English kept cutting off. Did not like I had to keep asking for Toilet paper. Felt I should have bought my own. Bed edges were to sharp and damaged my legs. Hotel did not cater a computer and printer for guests to use for at least printing out boarding passes.

This was a well placed, clean, hotel apartment. We arrived late but there was an english speaking receptionist who gave us the keys. There was free hot milk and tea and coffee available from the communal area downstairs and we could buy snacks and wine from reception despite our late arrival. They were happy to allow a food delivery and the apartment was well equipped with cooker, fridge, dining area, utensils etc including washing up liquid, tea-towel, dishcloths. Beds were comfy and shower had good water pressure and temperature. Very handy for getting to the RER A line and going on to Disney.

The sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived so we had to work it out and make up beds late at night. Had to call reception for help with set up but help came quickly and bed was comfy and spacious once set up. When the sofa bed was made up things were a little squashed.

Room was clean and nice. Unlimited free tea/coffee. Had enough space to put all your luggage. Supermarkets in walking distance. 3-4 minutes walk to bus and metro stations. So many artisan pastry 🥐 shops nearby. Beautiful area to walk around. There some stuff you can borrow for free from the reception like kids scooter, toaster, rice cooker etc.

Even though room has a AC controller you cannot change the temperature. I guess it’s a Europe thing. Bathroom shower curtain was short so water goes everywhere and you have nothing to clean it up except the floor carpet. If you’re with a family, need to clean after each person. No spatula in the kitchen. We had only a ladle so imagine cooking eggs with ladle.
