EverythingThe hotel was well priced for itsLocation not in the center of tourism but very close to the metro and a walkable distance to many sites. The room although not large was comfortable & well appointed , & the staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. There were wonderful extras like the mint citron flavored water by the reception and the Madelines there. No chocolate for the bed but Biskoff cookies which are delicious. In recent years the hotel was renovated whichMakes for a clean bright cheerful place small with only I think about 15 rooms but excellent service. I would happily stay there again with the knowledge that I can easily jump on the metro to more distant spots. And perhaps best of all the Wi-Fi was excellent there I’m like a number of other spots I have experience on this trip in Europe. Needless to say The room and hotel we’re both very clean as well as being bright and cheerful.When I asked if there was A wine bottle opener I had a choice of three types and was offered a wine glass with a stem to use. Yes I say everything about this small hotel was a delight which exceeded my expectations.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel my only sadness is that I didn’t get to stay there longer. It is a spot I will remember for future trips to Paris

We had some logistical issues at the time of the booking but Alexia from back office quickly found solution for us. Upon our arrival almost at 12am at night, we were greeted by Emerson, who was waiting for us and checked us all immediately. Room was small but I am yet to find a dissent room in Paris.. Subway station is within 3 min walking distance. Everyone at the hotel super nice, even cleaning lady went out of her way to help me with coffee machine. Free lemonade next to reception is extraordinary! We loved it during hot days in Paris.. Checking out by Lake was also super nice and easy. Highly recommended!!

The stuff were extremely pleasant and attentive. I received a whatsapp message prior to arrival where I could commicate with the hotel stuff. The woman at the reception also was very pleasant and did her best to take care of me. The room was overall clean, and in a quiet street.

The room had some strong smell of cleaning liquids upon arrival. While this was not a great disturbance, you can certainly hear things from other rooms, in particular the television. I guess this is because the televisions are mounted on the shared wall. I'm very sensitive to noise. but luckily that sound stopped before midnight. The whole area is non central, so there are few options for dining outside the hotel in the evening.

First of all: shout out to ALL the staff!! I never met such a nice friendly, supportive and loving team of receptionists. Secondly: the hotel is lush! Beautiful and super comfortable. Not just because of the pink, also for everything else. The rooms are lovely, the bathroom was a dream, water, coffee and little treats are for free. There is parking potentially but needs to be booked in advance. The area is quiet, close to the metro and quite central. It’s very expensive but that’s a very bad Paris problem. All in all, I had an awesome time. Thank you so much for a great stay!

The staff were excellent, Jeni was incredibly helpful and had many suggestions of where to eat and where to go around Paris. The hotel also got in contact before our stay to ask what they could do to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel was close to two metro stations making travel around Paris very easy. The rooms were a good size for Paris, the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The free water bottles, and nespresso coffe in the room was lovely.

Very clean, nice bed linens and comfortable bed, and staff personnel were very friendly and helpful. I very much appreciated the nespresso machine in the room to have early-morning coffee as I am an early riser and cafes generally are not open that early.

It was a tad expensive considering the small size of room and bathroom and its distance from major city sites. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room or small milk capsules provided for coffee so one does not have to go to breakfast room to get milk and disturb people having breakfast.

This was very nice and cozy hotel. Personal has been awesome and I did especially like communication via whatsup. Everybody spoke english which was also very nice surprise. Breakfast was good, coffee and drinks were also free of charge on a room. Cleaning service was unbelievable (very clean room every day). Hotel is located on a calm street, however in walking distance (like 100meters) are bars, restaurants and shops. Also two metro stations and you are able to get everywhere within few minutes. I am not sure if they are able to improve anything. For us it has been extraordinary vacation. Thank you!

For my country the price is little bit higher, however for a hotel in Paris is normal. Unfortunately Paris is not a weekend destination.

Staff was super nice and professional, always willing to help answering questions about the area and attending to our needs. Emerson in particular was a delight and helped us a lot.

Couldn't figure how to adjust room temperature and it became very hot at night, but it wasn't really a tremendous deal.

Staff was incredible. The communication was great, even before we got there. Rooms were comfortable, especially for a short stay. Location was good too!

The rooms had a very strong floral scent to them that required us to keep our windows open for quite some time. And there was no outlet in the bathroom which wasn't ideal but would definitely stay again.
