We really loved the comfy bed and the spotless cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Loved the arrangement of the room, that made it very convenient for the two of us despite its small size. The location was also very convenient, since there's a metro station right in front of the hotel. The neighbourhood is lovely. Breakfast was fine- keep in mind that the options are vegetarian. Even though there's not vast variety, everything served is fresh and delicious. Overall we would recommend it!

There's some short of noise/vibration caused either by the metro or by the tram, we didn't really figure out what was the cause of it. It didn't bother us, but we were on the 4th floor, not sure how it would be on the lower floors. Would have loved a bigger variety in the breakfast. The elevator was one of the narrowest and smallest elevators I have ever encountered! So not very convenient if you carry big luggage - thankfully we weren't. Found it pricey, but then again, that's Paris 🤷🏻‍♀️

Excellent and helpful staff. Room more spacious than many similar hotels in Paris, with Fridge, Safe, Kettle/tea/coffee, a nice bathroom with good sized shower and decent sized towels. Location adjacent to both Tram 3A and Metro Line 8. An elevator so small to be amusing: Only about 20 inches wide and fits one person with a large suitcase, or two adults at a squeeze! Never get bored as hundreds of books to borrow, and a selection of DVDs to view via your personal room's player on a large flat screen television.

Hopefully a few constructive points, but breakfast room coffee machine needs to be much bigger to cope with numbers/demand. Painfully slow and kept running out of water and other elements. More varieties of cereal and ordinary croissants, I suggest, would be welcome - rather than just small, sweet ones. Unshelled eggs provided, but would be more beneficial as hot scrambled or omelettes.

We really liked our room (comfy bed, nice interior) and breakfast was also good (even if there was no ham during our 5 night stay :) During the breakfast, we really enjoyed fresh orange juice, coffee, cheese and fruit selection and of course pastries (croissants etc.). Also, it has a good location (metro station is next to it, so, you can easily go and discover the Paris :) In addition, we had a really lovely surprise in the room when we arrived from the hotel due our anniversary. In general, thank you! We had a really nice stay!

I cannot say that it was something that we did not like, but just in case to others who look a quiet place to stay then since this hotel is next/above the metro-line, then there are some noise coming from the metro. But since it did not bother us, then for us we did not see that as a big problem and we see that as a something you have to take into consideration if you want to stay in a big city :)

Everything was great, the room was very pretty, we had a nice view from the balcony. It wasn't cold in the apartment at all, we just asked for another blanket when we arrived, cause it was cold with just one. Reception was always available for any questions and they speak English well. Breakfast was amazing and had a variety of options for everyone, personally my favorite were the chocolate pastries, best I ever had. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely come to this hotel again if we ever come back to Paris, I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Elevator is only a little small.

The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was on the third floor which you can access by stairs or lift (modern but small and would not fit a wheel chair). The room is well sound-proofed and had air-con. Bathroom had wall mounted shower gel, shampoo-conditioner and body lotion. The staff were all helpful, and the breakfast was good (yoghurt, granola, fruit, small pastries and various breads, cheese etc). The hotel is situated in a lovely area of paris on a tree-lined road close to many amenities (brasseries, cafes , supermarkets, large public park). The metro is close and the number eight line takes you right through the city and close to the Eiffel Tower.

The water bottles weren’t always filled, or were filled with sparkling not still water but that to me was not something that affected my stay as Paris is full of drinking water fountains. You can hear the metro vibration in the room, but not through the night.

The hotel was a lovely boutique style hotel and set in a great location. The rooms were spotless and very comfy with all the amenities that you need. There were even additional touches such as fresh bottles of water, bath robes and slippers if you wanted to use them. The hotel itself was in a great location and about 100m from the nearest metro station called Porte Doree. This is on the pink line and takes you to all the main attractions. After travelling on it for the first time, I would recommend changing at Bastille and getting on the yellow line as the carriages are very modern and have air con. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly go back in the future. Thanks

I didn’t find anything wrong with the hotel. I have seen some reviews mentioning the noise from the metro and yes, you can hear and feel it but it didn’t bother me. They did have some ear plugs by the bed but I didn’t bother. Ask for a higher floor if you are concerned but don’t let it out you off.

The hotel was in a very convenient spot from the metro station. The area was lively and there was a lot of locals around. Our room was tidy and the cleaning ladies always made the beds and cleaned the room when we were out during the day. Yes, you can feel/hear the metro but our overall stay was so nice that I didn't mind it. Right across the street there were several bakeries, which made us very excited to start our days in the early mornings 😃 The air conditioner was powerful and cooled the room down in no time which was much appreciated in the hot days.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband. This place is romantic, relaxing, clean, easy to commute all over paris with the metro just a minute walk away from the hotel. THE REAL GEMS OF THIS HOTEL ARE ITS SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF ESPECIALLY YACINE, JEROME AND GOPI. Give these guys a pay rise or a promotion they deserve it. The amazing staff makes up for the few things that were missing. The staff is just great

I felt the rooms needed some ventilation. The breakfast was tasty but it lacked variety maybe an English breakfast option would help. There was a very low sound from the metro at times but I guess that's normal for a hotel just a minute away from the metro

First night I had a room on the 2nd floor and I struggled sleeping with the noise. Requested a quieter room and it made such a difference. Room was well equipped and a decent size. Great facilities and bathroom was amazing. Really appreciate staff who were friendly and helpful. The gentleman who changed my room was brilliant. Location is perfect too. Metro station was steps away. A few fast food places, restaurants and bakeries nearby too as well as a small supermarket. Breakfast was nice. Would have liked cooked options such as scrambled eggs or pancakes. Every room recycles the waste too which I thought was great. And vegan toiletries! Fabulous!

The noise was unbearable at first. Not really something hotel can control but the metro is below the hotel and every train passing through made the walls vibrate. First night I was also next to the elevator/lift and room was street side. I could hear everything. Including the people on the floor above. The lift is tiny. If you're on the bigger side, might be a bit of a squeeze! It's not unusual for Paris but keep in mind.
