Perfect Location! Metro Line 6 was outside the Hotel. Customer Service was perfect too! Everyday they were cleaning our room and renew our water bottles, coffee and milk without any extra charge! Recommend this hotel for sure!

People were so nice and welcoming. Extremely helpful and supportive. We didn’t have a fridge because the room was small, but they happily kept our cheese in the hotel’s fridge. They have reserved parking space not very far from the hotel, which is really good considering how busy Paris is- you just pay $25 for it. It was worth the money. The beds were comfortable as well and the room was clean. Everything was a walking distance from the hotel from the metro station to bakery and petrol stations. Overall perfect location.

Rooms are a bit small, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Also the toilet was separated from the shower which is also not a big deal, just found it weird.

It was super accessible to public transport but just enough outside the tourist areas that we felt like we got to be in a part of “real Paris” and there was much less hustle and bustle. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were SUPER comfortable! The staff were all very helpful and accommodating with anything we asked. They had lovely sitting areas on the first floor. They also had a free luggage storage for the day we checked out as we would not be actually leaving town until after the checkout time.

This was not a surprise to us, but it is important to know the rooms are quite small. They work well for two people but not more than that. We had three rooms with our group and one had an issue in the middle of the night where water leaked from the roof (AC condensation) but the staff fixed the situation right away and gave them a different room. the rooms on the upper floor (8th) have lovely little balconies.

I enjoyed interacting with the staff, they are very nice people. The coffee was great. Also, you get 2 bottles of water on the house every day wich is awesome! I loved it when I was arriving to the hotel after a long day and found the water bottles by the bed. The bed was very, very comfortable, one of the best I slept in. The breakfeast was delicious, plenty of options to choose from. I liked the brownies and the cheeses the most. And the tea was very good. You can leave you luggage after check-out if you have time to spare until your plane. They have a gym.

I would have enjoyed if the room was slightly bigger, it was a little challenging managing the space with the 2 trollers that didn't fit under the bed 🙈.

The hotel is a fantastic modern establishment, and we were thoroughly impressed with the outstandingly friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and served in a delightful setting. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured we had a good night's rest. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions, and the subway just a few meters away, and bus stops nearby. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

The hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. While the prices may be a bit high, it is a common trend across the industry. Our only suggestion would be to offer larger rooms for the price point. Nonetheless, we were satisfied with our room and would have preferred it at a lower price point. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

it’s right next to a metro station & the welcome was friendly & welcoming. the hotel & especially our room was super clean & comfortable for our one night stay.

The room rate was high, we often stay in hotels all over Europe & although the room was super clean & comfortable, it was tired & lacked the decor & furnishings that I would expect at that price. Having said that, this is not necessarily through any fault of the proprietors. Room rates, especially in Paris seem to have risen steeply & the price of this room obviously reflects that.

Location was perfect, it was quite close to a road junction but once the window was closed there was zero noise. The proximity to the local shops, markets and metro was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful at every point, they were always smiley and talkative. The beds were unbelievable! So comfy it was a perfect end to the busy day in Paris having that marshmallow to sink into.

Size of the room could have been a little bigger especially for the price we paid. Some of the TV channels didn’t work and despite it being a smart TV we couldn’t stream to it which was disappointing.

I definitely like the location! I was going for a concert at Accor arena, which was really close to the hotel! There are many good food shops and bakeries (boulangerie) around. Hotel is near metro station, you can take a metro number 6 and easily get to best spots in Paris, like Bir Hakeim bridge where you can take walk to see the miniature of Statue of liberty , National library, Trocadero to watch Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. This metro line goes a lot on the ground and You can watch Paris! Thanks to the hotel crew! They were very kind and I would definitely suggest to order pizza at hotel, if You are back late! It was delicious! The best thing was the shower! It was amazing, new, with a super good pressure and easy to use! Rare, wherever You go or stay!

I guess I booked the room with double bed, but they gave me the one with two attached beds. For the 4 star hotel there should be some renovations! But c'est Paris! Small rooms for the price of de Luxe in other countries! However, hotel was clean and bed was very comfy...

- Room was very clean and well presented. - Had everything you need for a short stay. - Had elevator - 15 minute walk to Paris Bercy station

- Check in was from 2pm. We arrived at 2:30 and were told we had to wait another 15 minutes for our room. - The room had no power, we informed reception and they said they’d fix it. An hour later we heard nothing then had to come back to follow up. They need to activate the room power which was strange?

I found the Staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, and that they were the highlight of my stay at the hotel. They were able to help me with any issue that I had with a very positive attitude.

Not sure if it is common in Paris and I did not do too much research before, but I was a little surprised to find that there wasn't a fridge in the room. However, it wasn't a big issue for me as the reception kindly offered to let me to use their private fridge to store some yoghurt :)
