It was very clean and towels and garbage were changed daily. Nice room. The location was very good. Staff was friendly.

The room was pretty small, but this is specific to Paris, so no problem. The pillows are uncomfortable, too small, hard and somewhat clumpy. They should be changed with bigger and softer ones. It was too warm in the room for such a thick blanket that was on the bed, I had to take the blanket out of its sheet and only use the sheet to cover up in the night. And it was still warm. If you open the window during the night it’s not necessarily quiet. The water tank at the sink in the bathroom has a pretty weird system, so that if you’re not VERY careful the water runs around the sink table and then on the floor. I don’t understand why they didn’t just install a normal one, it was more practical and cheaper. It’s annoying to always wipe the water from the sink table.

Very clean room and bathroom. Well ventilated, everyday there was cleaning service. The hotel is very close to the metro station (~5min), and surrounding streets are safe. Not silent tho, but since it is close to one of road it is understandable. The localization is also great to walk directly from hotel to bus shuttle in Porte Maillote (around 11-15minutes of walking for most of the time straight through the wide street).

Not too much to complain about. If you don't mind travelling with metro at least 20-25minutes with at least two metro lines to the touristic part of Paris it is great place to stay. The Hotel doesn't have laundry service, but there is automated laundry nearby (around ~5minutes walk)

Nice friendly vibe and atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy with a really cute balcony. Location was excellent for me given it's close proximity to the marathon start and finish line which I was there to compete in.

The lever to adjust the shower head was strangely fixed into the lowest position (kind of looked like a dodgy glue job).. A little annoying as you had to manually hold the shower head higher to get full coverage.

Hotel located in Paris very close to the Peripherique (ring) and walking distance from Champs Elysee (10 min). There are many shops and restaurant close by or walking distance. Close to metro station that can bring you to centre in less than 20 min.

Bathroom to small even for one person is quite challenging to enter. Parking is limited only to 3 cars (need to book in advance) otherwise you can park in the street (payable between 09.00 and 20.00 from Mon till Sat, every 6 hrs = 50 EUR a full day 100 EUR) High recommend to looking for a parking garage close by if you stay more than one day.

Everything was perfect! We requested a room at a lower floor and the hotel helped us, the breakfast was really nice (they have a great coffee, tea and cereal buffet), the room was clean and had everything we needed, wi-fi working perfect and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Around there are cafes, restaurants and the metro. Also, the place is close to Porte Maillot where the bus from the airport dropped us off. We would definitely recommend this place!

Hotel is great, the room was clean, the working stuff provided great services. The location is ok, not to far away from the city center. The real Paris hotel for affordable price, provides the genuine Paris vibe. If you travel from the Beauvais airport, this is the perfect place to stay, the airbus station is within the walking distance (15 minutes). Great experience overall.

Couldn't find any negative sides really. There were some public transport limitations due to the ongoing reconstruction works, as Paris is getting prepared for the Olympics, but there is nothing hotel can do about it, as big part of the city center area is under reconstruction.

Great location because even though it seems on the edge of the city, it's on both a metro and bus line and only 20 minutes walk from arc du triomphe. Clean and comfy bed. Staff were friendly. Free tea and coffee downstairs.

Not enough plug sockets in the room for us to charge both of our phones and have the fan on (very necessary as it was 26° and no air con). The room was on the small side but fine as a base to explore the city when you're only in it to sleep.

What a lovely hotel. Family atmosphere in a great location. Near to the Metro and main road i to the City centre but tucked down a quiet side road. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Well maintained, clean friendly staff. Door is always manned to access is easy. Shower was a bit small as was the room but really nice decor and well maintained so not a big issue, especially as we were out walking round Paris

Nice & very affordable room in the 10th - close to Metro & while it isn’t the most lively neighborhood, there were nice restaurants that I didn’t visit. For the solo traveller like me, there weren’t nice simple options - a sketchy Döner place, McDonald‘s & I went to a weathered pizza place whose pie was doughy but decent. Room was small, as expected, but cozy. Soap & towels, no toothpaste (I brought my own) & friendly staff who spoke English & barely let me try my poor French.

very kind staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast, and good location, right next to the metro and a 17 min walk from the arc de triomphe.

there is no a/c in the rooms (which is common in paris, but made our stay in the middle of a heat wave a bit unpleasant), and there is no elevator (this did not particularly bother us, but might be important for some people).
