Very nice hotel with a good location. We flew into Paris Beauvais airport and took the shuttle bus. From the Porte Maillot bus stop it was around 10 min walk to the hotel. It was the same 10 mins walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The room was clean with white bedsheets and plenty of towels in the bathroom, but no hooks where to hang them. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection, although I missed some fresh vegetables, such as cucumbers and tomatoes (only gherkins were available), meat and cheese selection was good, tea/coffee and orange juice were brought to the table. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold for us to enjoy the terrace outside. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.

No hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. No fresh vegetable offer at breakfast.

Everything was immaculate, the amenities were perfect for a short trip - leisure or professional. The breakfast was very good, viennoiseries are approved as well! The garden was a real plus, as it is very calm. Plenty of restaurants and local shops around. The subway is around the corner and line 3 is great!

Nothing! The room was small - to be expected in Paris, so not a problem for a few days. But if you are planning a trip with a kid, maybe go for a large type of room or get in touch with the hotel, they are very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, clean and decent size! Location was great for me. Nice garden to sit down and enjoy a coffee or a drink!

Rooms don't have fridge, will be nice to keep a cold drink in the room! Elevator wasn't working, have to go up and down with luggage! Some of the staff at the reception can be more polite and accommodating with the guests!! Will be nice to have a decent coffee machine in the room , not only instant!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough:) - the area is beautiful and feels very safe, it also has some great restaurants - the rooms are nice and clean - the staff is kind and professional, and they all spoke English fluently - the prices are really nice compared to other similar hotels in Paris

- there is no mini fridge in the room, but from my experience this is the default thing in Paris, so if this is important for you make sure to check with the hotel (any other hotel that does not specifically say they have it)

The staff was very helpful, welcoming and warm. Truly impressed with their level of service. The lobby is also nice. A great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. Our room was very clean!

I think the hotel should pay more attention to cleaning the sidewalk in front of the door. It needed cleaning the entire time and was never tended to by the maintenance staff. A small thing, to be sure. Otherwise a good stay.

the hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. 15 mins walk from Arc De Triomphe. plenty restaurants and supermarkets near by. the staff are all friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also fresh and lots of it. The garden was a bonus plus the underground carpark which we reserved a place and paid extra for. A lot safer than parking on the streets.

we had a very large window in our bathroom right next to the toilet, it was frosted glass, but we didn’t feel we could put the light on when in there, as the window faced over the garden.

The room was lovely and clean although we did notice that there was a musky smell every-time we entered the room after cleaning had taken place, Breakfast was okay but could have had a little more variety, choice.

Very disappointing to still be waiting for the pre-payment money deducted at the time of the booking to be refunded, this is despite numerous messages to the hotel to say this hasn't yet been refunded. Especially disappointing when you consider that our booking was pay at the property.

We like the location of the hotel and the furnitures and rooms were quite nice, looks like newly renovated. Hotel in walking distance to Arc de Triomphe.

Checkin time was at 14.00 and we arrived at 14.00 but only 1 room was available for us (we booked 2 different rooms). When I asked the answer was. the checkin starts at 14.00 but it does not mean that it has to be ready at. 14.00. Check out is from 11am. How come it takes 3 hours to make a rooms ready?

A very nice hotel in a pleasant quiet neighbourhood, extremely clean. The staff was very kind and helpful and spoke good English. The location was good with many places to eat nearby. Parking near the hotel needs to be booked in advance otherwise there is big underground parking that is 10 min walk from the hotel. Would recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

Really loved the breakfast lady - she was very caring and very positive, staff was nice, location was perfect, easy to get anywhere. Luggage room!

Our bed sheet had a little blood spot and the breakfast could've had a bit more hot food. Other than that it was amazing!
