We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms. The hotel is new and clean, truly 4 stars. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

There’s a big construction site at the moment right across the street, but we couldn’t hear it from, only when passing by the hotel.

+ small but comfortable room with carpet and overall quite clean + friendly reception staff (and they also managed to provide the company invoice correctly even at check-in - something that's unfortunately not always the case in other hotels in Paris) + location is not so far away from Champs-Elysees / Arc de Triomphe and has good local restaurant options closeby + WiFi was fast and reliable (100+ Mbit)

- definitely too expensive for what you get - even if it's "Paris prices" - from the second day onward, there was an unpleasant smell from the drainage in the bathroom that remained until the end of my stay - some furniture/walls could use a little maintenance (there was some paint worn off from the door or some cracks in the wall)

I have been to Paris 4th time and this was the best hotel. To say the truth it was the best hotel for this price and I would repeat it once again more times. The hotel is in a very good, calm neighbergood where there are lots of bars, shops and it is near the metro station. The hotel is very new or seemed that way. The room was very tidy, very clean, they use Rituals hygiene means, lots of towels. The staff was very pleasant, they talked in English very well. It exceeded any my wishes or thoguhts.

Pillows for us were way too soft. It’s was 30 degrees when we were there and the Aircon was weak and lacklustre, leaving the room very warm. When we arrived there was 1 x french madeleine in the room between 2 of us, was expecting to maybe have 1 each day…. No unfortunately not. Smallest bar of soap was never replaced?. It’s a shame if they altered and paid more attention to just a few none expensive things the hotel really improve it’s perceived quality.

The size of the room is by far big in Paris. The location is super convenient, easy with metro to train station, and 15 mins walk to Champs-Elysées. around you have local shop, supermarket, bakery, bars and all sorts of restaurants. Breakfast was also good. We really enjoy the long weekend. but in the evening the area is safe and quiet. check-in and check out is super fast and easy. Will definitely stay again next time in Paris.

the only thing is that maybe to have a door for the shower, otherwise, the bathroom just spat with a lot of water after shower. but this is really very minor detail.

Have really enjoyed our rooms - everything was very comfy and convenient. Very nice room design, with round bedside tables, which are especially great for small children who bump into things. The rooms were far from the elevators, 3rd floor, and were by far the quietest rooms I have ever experienced in a hotel (that is especially surprising considering the building works that went on in the building right opposite). We haven't tried the breakfast.

The hotel advertises interconnecting rooms for families, but in fact, there are only two such rooms available, so you need to be very lucky to get them. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Was a little worried about some of the negative reviews I read before booking this hotel. My mind was at rest when we arrived at this hotel. Very nice welcome from reception our rooms were ready few hours before which was nice surprise. All staff were very welcoming saying hello and good evening on reception. The rooms very excellent nice to have free shower gel replaced when needed. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels every day. The cleaners were very nice and was happy to speak which was nice. Near by was some construction works but the windows kept all the noise out. We had breakfast every morning which had a decent selection. It was filled up when required and could ask if something if not. The regular lady who does the breakfast was excellent. Location was amazing not far from the sites. Very nice stay.

Wifi kept dropping out which was not the best. This could improve. Also have big mugs in the rooms for cups of tea would be great. Also have free biscuits like other hotels I have stayed in would be an extra plus.

superior rooms all next to elevator. Though it was going to be a big problem but was ok . Night was quiet. In am you could hear elevator going up and down but ok as we got out early to site see.I would be more concerned if I had one of the rooms facing road on left side as they are building a new apartment and that was really noisy. The bed was a little hard . Room was clean and nice.

The hotel room is very nice and clean and the breakfast is delicios.

This was happening the first time and I travel a lot when the guy from reception take a copy of my credit card without my permission if I did not provide the credit card will not release the room key and we can't accommodate the hotel. Be aware that is a doggy practice because even if is an internal rule the guy can get the three numbers not only on the front of the credit card, you can't see the process, is not transparent and secure at all.

everything was perfect! i would highly recommand this hotel. room is great and has everything you need. breakfast is good (except the scrambled eggs), the staff is helpful. around hotel there are nice places to eat.

the metro is super close but the line that is so close is not really a line that you would normally use as a tourist. line that stops on Etoile is 15mins from hotel which is a nice walk as the neighbourhood is very parisian.
