Hotel Parisianer is right around the corner of the Gare the Lyon, but on a quiet side street. My room faced an inner courtyard, which was also very quiet. Another reviewer called it the best hotel in Paris and I certainly find it one of the best I've stayed in. The hotel is stylish, modern, and super clean and all the staff members I met couldn't have been friendlier. My room (although typically Parisian small) was very comfortable and had everything I could need, including complementary WiFi, coffee and tea, and even some water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast is a little expensive, although probably not for Paris, but the selection and quality of the food was excellent and worth it. I didn't explore the neighborhood that much, but there seem to be plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Because the hotel is so close to one of the train - and metro - stations it is super easy to make it to other parts of town (it is quite a ways away from major attractions such as the Louvre and Eiffel Tower). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff, the decor, the size of my room, the value, the location. The front desk clerk was especially kind to me, helping guide my decisions about dinner and cocktails in the area. Bed was large and comfortable. Mini-fridge and safe are a nice touch. I love this place. Apparently I was coming in offseason and got what I consider to be an unbelievable value for my money. €144 in Paris near everything you want to do? Incredible!

I hate to say anything negative but I couldn't seem to figure out how to manipulate the temperature of the room's climate control. In all fairness, the clerk explained it to me but I wasn't listening carefully enough.

Excellent location - 1 minute walk to Gare de Lyon from where you can access all important areas of Paris in a very simple and short time. Area is safe and full of restaurants and bars. Excellent cleaning services, room and bathroom were simply spotless. Me and my family have felt as we were at home. Bed sheets and towels were exceptionally clean. They had Clarins products in the bathroom, high quality products that we really enjoyed. Staff was so nice and helpful. I had some issues with someone making noise and the receptionist from that night managed the situation very quick so I was able to rest properly that night. Highly recommending this place in Paris.

Value for money. Room was clean with a super comfortable bed. Had everything we needed from slippers, cofffee pot, mini fridge, and Claris products in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and we’re very comfortable. It is in a location within walking distance of many restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores and was 5 min walking distance from train so perfect for us. The room is not big but absolutely fine for 2 people, for the space they have gone above and beyond to provide you with comfort. Ac worker very well too and room had lovely big windows that opened. A lovely stay.

A new small hotel, beautifully designed. Very cooperative staff, good vibes. Just a few steps walk to the nearest Metro station from which you can reach easily all the most visited Paris attractions. A great choice for accomodation in Paris.

The room was quite small with black walls that make it looks even smaller. The bed that is actually two separated beds, felt a little bit smaller. But we loved so much the attention from the staff and the easy commuting that we really recommend this hotel.

We only stayed 1 night here, as the last night of a wonderful honeymoon tour of Europe. But what a surprise! We loved the hotel. The staff were exceptional - super helpful, giving us perfect advice on somewhere to eat (which turned out to be 1 of the best meals we ate throughout the 17 nights we were away), as well as making check in and check out very quick and easy. The room was far bigger than we had expected, with plenty of space for all our bags and cases, and still feeling spacious. And the shower was one of those you just didn’t want to get out of. Having toured Switzerland and Italy by train, being situated right by Gare De Lyon was truly ideal - just a minute or 2 walk from the station to the hotel. Really loved it here and will 100% stay again!

Very quaint boutique hotel located near Gare de Lyon station (3 min walk). Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist. Check in starts at 2pm but we got there at 10am and our room was ready! We booked the Executive Double Room for 3 nights and it was much larger than we expected! Win! Our room located on the ground floor and there was a vending machine outside our door. The room was very tidy and clean. There was enough room even with our 3 suitcases. There is a kettle, mini fridge and safe. There’s a TV with French channels and convenient light switches beside the headboard. The bathroom/shower was also spacious. The water was nice and hot; the water pressure was also great. The room doesn’t come with an iron but you can ask for one at the reception. They also have socket adapters for different plugs. There is a bar and seating area where breakfast is served (€17pp). There are lots of restaurants around and is walking distance to the Accor Arena (9 mins) where we went to for a concert. The location is very convenient and the area seems safe. It was also very easy to get Ubers from this location. All arrived within 3 mins of booking. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Paris.

It is worthy to note that there is a restaurant/cafe right beside the hotel which can be a bit noisy if they have patrons that stay late, especially if your room is on the ground floor (front of building). The room was a bit cold. The thermostat in the room didn’t seem to work but the duvet is really warm.
