Very nicely situated, close to Gare de Lyon but still very quiet and safe district. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to come and go. Room was sufficient, small fridgerator and enough storage space. Good shower and new towels every day.

We had cold bathroom because the window could not be locked properly. Also there was unsafe electric outlet in the bathroom. Floor was not cleaned the intire time. Its good that we had new towels but for sustainable reasons, I would recommend to put sign for customers if they want to change towels (usually you left towels to the floor if you want them to be changed).

It is wonderfully located, the staff were helpful and kind, and the room was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable, daily housekeeping kept everything well and tidy, and the desk was quite roomy and mesh closet super useful.

The sink/bath section didn’t have its own light, and in general the room was very warmly/dimly lit; very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing, but it was difficult to shave and do makeup. There was also an odd smell that would come from the bath when people flushed their toilets, from dry pipes I assume. I also much prefer showers to bathtubs, but we made do with the shower head attachment, and that is just a personal preference.

Beds were EXCELLENT !!! Small room, but not too small - just right and more than enough when staying in Paris and only need a place to sleep !! Hairdryer, soap, towels and luggage stand available. Friendly staff !

I liked everything, however I wouldn't have minded if I had the option to choose NOT to supply new & fresh towels every day. Obviously cleanliness is a great service, but I don't need a clean towel every day. This would be a great contribution to environmental friendliness by using less water and soap to clean the towels. My mom thought toilets were on the small side. But she managed !!

We really liked the hotel. It’s 3 minutes walk from the Metro 1 and 9 minutes walk to RER A, and other connections. The hotel was quiet, nice and neat. The room was small but a comfortable size for the 5 nights that we stayed. We encountered 4 hotel staff at the reception. 1 ,younger gentleman, he knew English well and we were able to communicate easily if we needed something, with the rest sometimes google translate was needed, however they were always willing to help and helpful with whenever we needed.

The first day we arrived at the hotel the sheets and the pillowcases had a few hairs that were not ours. We went to the reception and told them, they changed everything no questions asked. The other days we were too tired to check.

We wanted a hotel close to the Gare du Lyon which was clean and comfortable and weren't looking for any frills and this is what we got. Although a short walk from the Gare the street was quiet - it's a short street between 2 more major streets which were not very noisy either. The Viaduc des Arts with the Coulee Verte linear park above it on a former railway line are at one end of the street and both are well worth a visit. The Place d'Aligre tradition markets are close to the other end.

Even for central Paris the room was very small with limited storage space. We stayed for 4 nights which was probably a little long.

The hotel is small. The room and bathroom were small. However, I'm not living in my hotel room. The room was clean and everything in it was new. The location to Gare de Lyon and the Metro was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and more of a residential feel to it instead of a big city. The staff was friendly and very patient with the language gap. Anything I couldn't relay in my broken French was handled by Google translate.

The view. It didn't have one. But, I wasn't there to look at the view, I was there to experience the city. The only other thing was the price for the breakfast. It was way overpriced for what it was.

While the room was a little cramped for 2 adults (twin beds), it was clean, comfortable and the decor was modern and pleasant. It had everything we needed, but it was tricky for each of us to find the space to open and access our luggage. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite, though compact, was perfectly adequate for our needs. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The location was also fine for our needs, though not really close to any popular sights.

A bit more space in our room would have been appreciated, but in a popular city like Paris, we understand that space is at a premium, and the bottom line is we were only there to sleep, so not really a big issue.

Good location (between Bastille and Gare de Lyon there's a lot of transport nearby), there's air conditioning and a refridgerator in the room. The bed was comfortable.

In the bathroom the tap of the sink was difficult to adjust and the holder for the shower head was broken. The walls barely stop sound and if you get unlucky with your neighbours this could be a problem (our's were fine).

The room is clean and the facilities are new. There is even a cafe machine(which I do like about) The internet connection is good and I like the big TV hanging on the wall. The bed is comfortable I have to say. The hotel is very near to Gare de Lyon, which is an absolute advantage.

I suggest the sink be larger-- it is just unavoidable to make water everywhere when washing my face... And I believe it can be helpful to add a doorsill for the washroom(to stop the water coming into the bedroom)

Room was small (all hotel rooms are small in Paris!), but clean and quiet, had everything we needed. Ten minutes walk to Gare de Lyons, very convenient. Some nice restaurants around the area, and if you'd like a walk, there's an old railway viaduct nearby, planted up with flowers and trees, lovely place for a stroll. One or two of the staff didn't speak much English but if you're prepared to have a crack at your school French, you'll manage.

View from our window wasn't great, but we were only there one night between trains, so not a problem at all.
