The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything you need for a short stay. The receptionists were so lovely and kind, with a cute dog to greet you as you pass by. There’s a nice chair next to the window and it’s so wonderful sitting by the window hearing the noises of Paris. The Air-con was really good and you’re able to adjust it but we preferred opening the window throughout the day anyway so we mainly turned ours off. The rooms are perfect for couples staying together, makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. We slept amazingly. We didn’t experience the breakfast here but we had options of Patisseries and cafes in the area which was fab. Thanks so much Villa Des Princes!!

Only thing was that the rooms don’t have a fridge provided, but we only stayed a few days so it wasn’t an issue.

The breakfast is very nice for a Parisian one. Yoghurt, cereal, cheeses, marmalade , honey, preserves, milk, fruit juices, baguette and croissant delicious. Also two cakes. We payed for a bigger room with a small table and two chairs with window to our street. People at the reception were friendly, particularly Billy and Magali. The lift is very small and can carry just two people but does the trick. Very nice location, a few metres from the bars and restaurants of Odeon. The bathroom was a newish one with a very nice shower.

The storage capacity in the bedroom s very small. The rooms are quite dark.

The room was very small but fine for one night, liked the location for meeting my parents from Montparnasse (we came down from Gare Du Nord) and easy for Austerlitz for the on-going journey. It was noisy from the bars in the street but my husband and kids in neighbouring room didn't wake so it wasn't so bad. Breakfast was nice in the hotel's cellar! Overall, nice Parisian-typical hotel, will stay again if meeting my parents another year.

Noisy from street but didn't disturb other members of my family, I am a light sleeper. Non-dairy milk would have been good for the coffee, as cannot drink cows milk.

- It's located in one of my favorite parts of Paris, between Odéon and the Jardin du Luxembourg. Lots of little streets with clothing boutiques and restaurants around. Very convenient for metro and bus. I walked to the Luxembourg RER stop to head directly to CDG airport - The decor is very elegant: a good blend of modern and traditional: more elegant than most 2-star hotels - Nice bathroom - The staff was helpful and pleasant

- Unfortunately I stayed there when prices in Paris were insanely high, so I feel like I overpaid - The room was very small, but that's pretty common in Paris

Great communication from Magalie - this really helped! We got the train from the airport and back again, which probably saved us around £100 overall. The location is fantastic - a little side street off the main Boulevard St Germain, which has so many bars, restaurants, and shops. I would absolutely recommend this as a great base - we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go during our 4 night stay (Champs Elysées, Arc de Triumph, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, The Louvre, Musee D'Orsay and more!) It's a great little hotel - yes, the rooms are small, but you're not in Paris to stay in your room all day! There is everything you need, and every bit of space is utilised. Breakfast is available, and we opted for this on the first morning (which was really good value for €11) but there's plenty out and about so we enjoyed other options for the rest of our trip.

The air conditioner was fantastic. We are used to European air conditioners being a disappointment. This one was excellent. The location is great, less than 3 minutes from Odeon metro, next door to our favorite Paris bookstore (San Francisco books), and 5 minutes from one of our favorite restaurants. The staff (Magalie) was exceptional. She is friendly and so ready to help. We had to get used to the fact that there was no one at the reception desk except the day we arrived. We stayed 3 nights and never saw another person. However, we needed extra pillows and we called Magalie on her cell phone and she told use where to find them. Lovely, trusting people!

The bath sink is terrible. It is more like a shallow bar sink and the faucet/tap sticks out so far that it is nearly impossible to wash your face. Also if you do manage to wash your face, shave, etc., the bath floor is soaking wet. Don't wear nice shoes when using the sink! Also, written instructions would be helpful for people when no one is at the reception desk: breakfast time/price? Where to go for early morning coffee? (Breakfast room is downstairs. Who knew?) How to check out when no one is there. Where to leave baggage if needed. All these are simple things but people need to be informed.

It was well-kept and comfy, but the staff was absolutely wonderful. They genuinely helped me, got to know me, and went out of their way to give me a great experience and work around my booking error. The location was nice too, I found I didn’t have to take too long to get to where I wanted to go.

The room was a little bit squished, but you can see from the photo that there’s not a lot of room.

The location is very handy from the Metro station. Close to the Jardin du Luxembourg, close to restaurants and café area, close to Seine in a short and nice walks through nice streets. The hotel and the staff were very pet friendly. This was very important for our stay. The room was nice, clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The elevator is one to enjoy and have fun.

Location was very good, nice area, near metro and lots of cafes and bars nearby. Bathroom shower all modern and great. Price reasonable for paris

Bedroom was small and a bit basic, light over bed so you had to watch your head if you sat up, light switch was at back of bed so knocked it in night so light came on! Dusty under bed too But petty things really, it was a good place to stay in paris for less than €140. And the staff were lovely. Breakfast was fine too.

The best feature of the hotel is its position:10 mins walk to Notre Dame, 15 mins walk to Louvre, and there's a metro station just two minutes away. It's perfect for exploring Paris.

Could use better cleaning: dust in the room, the carpet was not vacuumed regularly. Small choice at morning breakfast.
