great location and friendly staff

Unfortunately Booking.com didn’t mention that the hotel was partially under-renovation for the front side of the hotel and all rooms facing the Champs elysees st. are blocked from the views. Its very unfortunate and misleading.

Location is unparalleled and hotel doors open on the Champs-Élysées. We booked a one bedroom premiere suite , which was renovated and was huge. It had a living room and a complete kitchen with all the amenities and a dish washer . The furniture was very luxurious. The staff were very helpful and replied to any request very swiftly. Breakfast was fine , had some varieties, but for the price we were paying, I was hoping for an omelette station or extra types of cheese . Overall loved the place and will come again !!

I didnt appreciate the fact that the water boiler broke down on my last night there. I had to use very cold water all night. When i told the reception they kind of just played it off; and the reception never made it up to me. Im very dissapponted at that.

the staff was phenomenally friendly and helpful location superb washing room a really helpful service and breakfast is wonderful and very caring for gluten free diet. only thing was that out of 3 rooms that we had, 2 had severe water issues, either no water, or plumbing issues and we needed to move rooms to the other side of hotel. another issue to take note - we were 3 rooms and asked many times to be all together, apparently that wasn't possible since each type of room was different, and we were not made aware of this at any stage before our arrival. also please note that there is no oven in the kithcen, its only a microwave.

The apartments are much bigger than expected so they are at a great value, maybe the best in Paris considering the prime Champs-Elysées location. The duplex room has a big living area and big rooms up stairs. Breakfast is good need a bit more options but everything is fresh which is great. It is fairly modern, this hotel honestly exceeds expectations, no hotel facilities but perfect if you want to be in the Champs-Elysées and it is a great family option.

The stairs in the duplex rooms are too steep, it is very difficult for the elderly or anyone who has any sort of disability. Staff are a bit rude, not all most are great some are rude but overall ok. The toilet and showers are in two different areas which creates inconvenience, and only one small toilet for a big 2 bed suite.

I have stayed there many times, even when the property was named “Hitel Apartment” many years back. But this time the House keeping standards were very low…..not replenishing deliverables, (coffee tea, toiletries etc)….needing to wait hours and calling several times to get services etc:……honestly very bad….D403 was my room…..Premier Room and substandard service !!

Very cool in a famous area and integrated services. I am surprised by those who complain about its cleanliness and reception service. The cleanliness is very acceptable, especially since the hotel is very consumed by the large number of customers. I did not ask for room service and did not need it during the two nights that I spent in the hotel. We are a family of five people and it accommodates more (two bedroom suite) I thank Atika at the reception for her kindness and understanding of our needs, for those interested, the bathroom has a SHATAF

Customer profile that attracts are mostly from Middle East , they’re horrible to staff and rude with anyone else that’s not Middle Eastern . It wasn’t nice as an European customer to witness how rude were they to staff ( mostly French ) and I personally got some “attention “ also ,constant starring which was creepy to say the least ..That part was the only thing I didn’t liked about the vibe . Compliments to their staff professionalism ( incredible patience and excellent manners) I’ll certainly be back . While in the hotel lobby or breakfast area occasionally felt like being on a trip away to Yemen …not Paris ,once you skip this aspect the rest is impeccable,again full credit to the amazing staff .

The suite was incredibly spacious. For us, this is the key to a great family vacation: a room large enough that everyone can decompress in their own space/corner. The breakfasts were also quite good. A solid buffet, helpful staff, and quality food. We asked for late check out and they were amenable. All in all, a very, very good visit and we'd happily stay there again.

So . . . the room cleaning service was sub-standard. Our room just wasn't cleaned properly when I arrived, and simple things (replacing dirty glasses, adding more towels, replacing soap, replacing toilet paper rolls, etc.) just wasn't taken care of. It was actually quite odd because usually hotels fail across the board (i.e. bad breakfast, bad service, bad cleaning), but the breakfasts were good and the staff was helpful. It was just the cleaning that was horrible. If they did a better job at this, I'd have given the entire experience higher marks.
