The staff was amazing , everyone was helpful and went out of there way to make sure we had a perfect stay !

Clean, beautiful and quiet

The hotel is very well located right in the heart of Paris. The design, comfort and cleanliness is what you would expect from a 5* boutique hotel. The breakfast is outstanding with a rich choice that should suit all wishes. A shout-out goes to the staff that truely tries to fulfill guests needs and wishes. We had a complaint and the whole team gave us the impression that they care to find a solution and make our stay a remarkable experience. For us these people made the difference between a good and an awesome weekend in Paris.

We were given an upgrade on arrival, however there were stairs in the apartment and as my wife is visually impaired, we asked to be moved to another room. This was done swiftly without any fuss, Valerie, Head of housekeeping Wass very understanding and helpful. The trip was for my wife's Birthday, on our return the room that night it had been decorated with balloons and a large happy birthday sign, cake and champagne were also part of the surprise. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the location is great and the room was perfect. Planning to visit again.

Only gripe would be not enough cream for the coffees!! But that's only a question of asking for more.

the location of the property is really good, walking distance to many good locations. the staff in the hotel were very polite & helpful, from the door welcome to all the reception staff. highlighting that the Chef Concierge Jean-Francois was more than amazing & he offered us great help in reserving tables for us in restaurants throughout our stay.

we had an issue with the air conditioning being on heater for 3 nights, but the staff resolved the issue eventually.

Location was great, one side you'll see the Tour Eiffel and on the other side you have Champs Elysées. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious and people from the hotel treat you so great. I will definetely recommend this hotel. My family and I loved the attention we received and the food.

Location is brilliant.

Restaurant is currently under renovation, no one told me this. I had to find it out. Also there was building work opposite which was very intrusive, loud and hindered our view. these problems were not reflected in the cost, it was very expensive for the experience we received. We understand the building work isn’t their fault.

The staff went above and beyond to make our first visit to Paris so memorable. The hotel is so beautiful, great view of tje Eifel tower at night on the rooftop. Great location to walk and enjoy tje city. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and helping us with reservations for dinners. The property very clean and good size rooms.
