Absolutely everything. This was the best stay of our entire lives and we have stayed in some lovley hotels. Cannot speak highly of this hotel and their staff. The hotel facilities on their own are 5 star but the service from the staff adds another 5 stars on top of that! The hotel staff helped me plan a proposal in the hotel and it was nothing short of perfection. Simon and his colleague on reception who had the glasses (sorry i forget her name) were incredible. I will never forget the service they gave us.

Food from restaurant was yummy but pricey. Great central location with balcony in the room overlooking a beautiful street. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for three nights and out of two of the three, someone attempted to enter my room around 5pm while I was resting/getting ready for the evening. They knocked, didn't hear my response, and just opened the door. I was startled to say the least.

Location, staff, services- everything was amazing! We always stay in 5 star hotel chains, this time we wanted to try something new in Paris, I can tell that I felt most comfortable here. The view was amazing from Junior Suite with balcony, there aren’t many hotels in Paris offering this much. Thank you Hugo for warm welcome

Desk staff was delightful. Friendly and kind. The rooms (we had 2 connecting rooms) were immaculately clean and a great size (I’ve stayed in Paris several times before and the rooms we had were much larger). The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. Breakfast was very good. Wide selection of choices. Staff was attentive. Overall a wonderful stay.

The only things that could be improved upon were the towels and robes. The robes in our room would fit a 6 year old. Same with the towels. Very small.

the most beautiful hotel. the light pink aesthetic was my favorite part. the staff are the nicest people I spoke too in Paris. it was my best friends birthday and they went all out with balloons, cake wine and chocolate. they also took the cutest Polaroid photo of us and delivered it before we checked out. we also really loved the 24/7 room service. we can’t wait to come back and agreed we can never stay anywhere else in Paris again.

Beautifully decorated in the reception areas and the bedrooms. The staff were absolutely incredible throughout and very attentive throughout our stay. Location was perfect for exploring

Nothing! The only minor comment would be that to use the spa facilities you have to turn them on yourself so they took a good 10 minutes to warm up however the spa was very quiet and both times we used it we had it to ourselves so that was perfect was us

The hotel staff was exceptional. The concierge was able to accommodate prior arrangements as it was my wifes birthday. They got a birthday cake made ahead of time and delivered at the time discussed on the morning of her birthday. Such a great team and huge kudos to Hugo who kept in touch with all the minor details.

We had a fantastic 3 nights at the Grand Powers hotel. Firstly, my husband was unwell after the flight and they kindly let us use a room without charge until our room was ready. Then we found we were upgraded to the Suite Elegante - the best room in the hotel with views of the Eiffel Tower from every window! The room was comfortable and clean, and well provisioned. The staff were amazing - very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Location was perfect. Room was large, clean and with good amenities. Hotel facilities were wonderful, sauna, steam room and hot tub were great. Bar was fantastic as was the room service. Breakfast was lovely and made even more special being able to have this brought to your room. Staff and service were impeccable- front of house team were incredibly helpful, friendly and warm- some of the best service ever experienced. Champagne on arrival was a real treat and the complementary bottle in the room for my Birthday was just perfect. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Location is fantastic - walking distance of Champs Elysee and the Eiffel Tower and very easy to get around. Staff at hotel very friendly and help with anything - would highly recommend.

Room a little dark and more water provided would have been good but produced as soon as asked.
